Patrick’s POV

How many times can we suffer for love? I still don't know, but I know we can fool ourselves many times.

The first time I suffered for love, I was in my early twenties, with my wedding all planned, but a month before the wedding, my fiancée simply left. She left and left me behind with my wounded pride and seven hundred guests to be told there would be no wedding. I was so disappointed, so angry.
