Patrick’s POV

Lexie and I spent the day in the apartment, holding each other, talking, discussing the time we'd been apart, touching. She was mine in every corner of that apartment.

I was planning to have plenty of quality time with Lexie, so it would be practical to leave some things at her apartment. That was why I'd asked Roman to send me, along with the day's meals, a small suitcase with some changes of clothes and personal items, including condoms. I couldn't get enough of her, of her body, of her kisses, I couldn't get enough of talking to her.

I was surprised by how much she'd changed during the years we hadn't seen each other, by how many things she'd done. She was a brave and determined woman. And she was captivating, seductive, fun, intelligent. We talked about so many things, silly things that made me laugh, interesting things that surprised me she knew. It was very easy to be enchanted by this woman.
