"Blaze!" I yelled, running towards him. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him, forgetting about our surroundings for a moment.
"Little flower! You're ok! Thank Goodness! Did he touch you? Did he hurt you?" The anger in his voice would make everyone cringe, but not me.
I kissed him again. "No! He did not!"
"Evolet, watch out!" Amaya yelled. But before I could turn around, Blaze switched our places.
He was looking me in the eyes! His lips are lifting in a sad smile.
"I'm sorry, my little flower! I couldn't keep my promise! I love you! I will always love you!"
