" David, Erica, Monica, Melanie, Desmond, stay behind and watch the house while Sonya and I Will take her to the hospital" Veronica said." Ok" they all chorused. They quickly called an ambulance and within minutes, the ambulance arrived and off they went to the hospital.************************************************" Doctor, please help" Veronica yelled as the nurses moved Ana's stretcher into the ward." Miss, you'll have to fill out this form" the receptionist said." Ok" Veronica replied." Where's the form?" Sonya asked." Veronica was confused." You brought in Alexander Hamilton's wife and you wrote that she was physically assaulted by Alexander" the receptionist chipped in." And so? It's the truth" Sonya said." Let me just advice you, you're wasting your time." The nurse said." What do you mean by that?" Veronica asked." Mr Hamilton is the most affluent man in all of country G. He can get himself out of anything with just a single word. He can also get anyone into the trouble with the law. I suggest you fill out another form because if he is to find out about this, you might not live free again" she said and diverted her attention back to her computer." What a life we live" Sonya said." What's wrong with the life we live in?" Veronica asked." The rich can get away with anything and the poor don't get Justice. Just take a look at Ms Ana. She has just been assaulted by her husband yet she can't even get Justice" Sonya said and sighed." You're right Sonya. “No! Elena!” Daniel yelled out of his lungs as he watched her traveling down to the ground.He felt his world shattering into a thousand pieces and for the next minutes, all he could do was sit back, with his head buried to the ground.Tears poured out of his eyes like an ocean and for the first time in his life, he felt like a failure.He couldn’t even save the woman who he claimed to love so much. “Elena! Where is she? Did she…”, Gabrielle said as she went towards the edge of the cliff and realized that Elena was no more there.She fell back to the ground and let out a sorrowful wail, hitting her legs on the ground intently and screaming her sister’s name.Daniel got a grip of himself and stood to his feet. Elena had made him promise to take care of her sister and inasmuch as he was broken, he needed to stand there for her.“It’s okay”, Daniel said with a soft voice as he tapped her calmly and pulled her into a warm hug. “Elena!” Gabrielle shouted on top of her voice the moment she walked into the scene to see Elena who was now soaked in blood.Elena was barely standing firm, and with each step she took backwards, she was at the verge of falling down the cliff.Jessica quickly turned to look at Gabrielle and immediately, a small scoff made way to her face.“Get out of here!” She said to Gabrielle who couldn’t believe her eyes.Gabrielle ignored her and made to run over to Elena, but Jessica shot her.Luckily, there were no bullets left in the gun. Jessica knew that she was at a big risk at this point. She swiftly dropped the gun to the ground and dashed out of the premises, ignoring Gabrielle who was crying or Elena who was close to falling off the cliff.“Elena!” Gabrielle rushed over to Elena to grab her. Unfortunately, she wasn’t fast enough because in that minute, Elena fell off the cliff.Gabrielle let out a loud scream that shook the entire area. Tears poured out of her eyes as she tried to calm

Elena had seen Jessica and suddenly felt a glint of hope in the situation. However, the moment Jessica had taken down the men, she faced the gun to Elena.At first, Elena thought that Jessica was only trying to joke with her and at this, she started laughing out in elation. However, Jessica remained still, without a single iota of excitement on her face.“I’m not here to save you”, Jessica suddenly said, with her hands touching the trigger.Elena was shocked to her bones as she stared at Jessica who had just made the utterance that broke her heart.“What do you mean?” Elena asked as she started walking closer to Jessica who had tears in her eyes.“What do you mean by that? You are not here to help me?” Elena asked again, not wanting to believe what Jessica had just said to her.“I meant what I said. I’m not here to save you but to end you!” Jessica bluntly replied, causing Elena to stare at her in shock.Elena chuckled calmly to conceal the anxiety in the atmosphere, but she quickly

Elena smiled in relief and walked into the room, feeling so glad that her sister was safe and looked fine.She made to untie her from the chair, but just as she was almost done with that, she heard the cocking sound of a gun, right on her head.This made her stop right in her tracks, with cold shills running down her spine.Gabrielle had tears running out of her eyes as she watched Elena who had a gun pointed to her head.“Don’t move or that would be your end!” The voice said and again, Elena’s stomach twisted in fear and anxiety. She gulped down hard as beads of sweats started forming on her forehead. The room looked empty and the last things she expected was the appearance of someone with a gun.Daniel was standing outside, at some distance away. Elena had been faster than him and all he could do was slowly walk up to meet her while studying the environment and checking for any threat.Just then, he caught sight of someone entering the house, with a gun in his hands. Daniel stared at Elena who was now trembling, with her phones in her hands that were barely steady. He needed no one to tell him that she had just received a very bad information.“If you are looking for her, she just got kidnapped”, Elena went through the message again, with tears pouring out of her eyes.Jessica stood beside them, with her hands folded to her chest and her face wearing a look of confusion.Elena started sobbing almost immediately, increasing the intensity of her cries as seconds passed. This made Daniel’s heart ache terribly. At this, he went over to her and hugged her passionately, placing soft kisses on her neck.“We would find her…I promise you that”, he said with a tone of assurance, even if he had no idea of how that was going to happen.“How? There are no clues anywhere. The news was devastating that for some minutes, none of them could utter any word. Elena fell to the ground and broke into loud sobs while Gabrielle followed suit.Daniel returned from his walk and once he met them in that state, he needed no one to tell him that Jessica lost the child.He held Elena up and tried to console her.
