Chapter seventy six

The news was devastating that for some minutes, none of them could utter any word. Elena fell to the ground and broke into loud sobs while Gabrielle followed suit.

Daniel returned from his walk and once he met them in that state, he needed no one to tell him that Jessica lost the child.

He held Elena up and tried to console her. But then, that didn’t seem to work so much since Elena blamed herself for every single thing that happened.
