"Nothing," I said and wiped the lone tear that escaped my eyes.
"Were you crying?" he asked sitting beside me.
"What? No. Why would I cry?" I didn't meet his gaze otherwise he will know that I was crying but it was too late for that. Holding my chin up he made me look at him and asked,

Smiling at him I asked, "Do you think Saavi will ever forgive me for what I did to her?"
"She was not the person to hold any grudges towards anyone and if you would have asked for her forgiveness then do you know what she would have done?"

"She would have made you her friend. That's how I and Nikhil became her friend."
