I was in my office looking over maps and plans I had drawn out over the past two days. These maps covered the Timber Coven territory and their fortress. I also had a map of the continent that I had been using since we started this conquest. It had a lot of red X’s on it from clans, packs and covens that were now gone. I studied the map in front of me when I heard a knock on my office door.

“Come in,” I called out as I continued what I was doing.

The door opened and I heard a guard say, “Commander Ulric, Levana has news for you in the library.”

“Alright, thank you,” I told him as I looked up to acknowledge him.

The guard nodded his head and closed the door. I listened to him walk away down the hall. I stood there and looked at the map a little longer before turning to leave my office. I walked down the halls and up a flight of stairs to the library, listening to my boots echo on the sto
