Chapter Thirty Four

Jasmine.

"I feel so stupid," I muttered onto Alexander's chest as I clutched onto him like he was life itself.

He didn't say anything during the first half of my heavy sobbing and self hate, just kept rubbing on my back and making sure I was okay, whispering sweet nothings into my ear that were sure to make me have that one tiny laugh in-between sobs.

But when he was ready to say something, I couldn't stop him.
