Going after Jericho would change nothing since I won't be able to stop him. I just prayed Leia returned in one piece but I doubt it.

I became restless and irritable. When I couldn't hold it anymore, I jumped into my car and drove out of the base.

I drove around the city with no destination in mind. After a few minutes' drive I realized that I was at Crescent Clubhouse.
