Work was choking me up but I had to do it all alone. Jericho was busy with Leia and the task was not something I could give out to our subordinates.

It was the end of the month and I had enough on my plate. Reports had rolled in from every one of our facilities around the world. I had to audit the whole thing and ascertain that each facility is doing well. This task is usually handled by Jericho or me.

Jericho has been hanging around Leia since things started to fall apart between them, leaving me to face the heavy workloads.

I knew this was going to happen when he kept such big intimation from Leia.

Yeah, he did it with a good intention. He did it to protect her but hey, he should have known that Leia isn't a weakling, she won't welcome such an excuse.

Thinking about it all aroused my curiosity. I am more curious about the source of the whole malady.
