Alex’s POV

With the fury apparent in Jericho’s eyes, it was evident that all hell will let loose. With that amount of rage, he was most likely going to kill Leia.

My eyes drifted from the door and landed on Harman’s lifeless body. I shook my head as I tutted. Why did Leia stoop so low to get involved with this motherfucker. She had just succeeded in digging her own grave. Jericho wasn’t going to let this slide.

“Don’t just fucking stand there. Clean this up!” I snapped at one of the guards who was dawdling for God knows what.

Without wasting any time, I dashed outside and got into my car. If I could get to Leia before Jericho, I could potentially save her life.

My car made a screeching sound as I zoomed off at a breakneck speed. I needed to catch up with Jericho.

I scanned the road for him, but there was no sign of him. It was almost as though he had vanished into thin air. I puffed out air, tapping my hand on my steering wheel to ease my tense self and continued to speed up.
