Four

We went to a spacious office with the suspects taking the belongings we were carrying.

"Welcome to our building Miss Vladimir and Miss Foster," my friend greeted us as we sat on the large sofa on the side.

Next to us was the first person we met, Zas, who was about our age, a man who had worked as an advisor for newcomers to the building.

"Thank you, miss Erika," she said in front of us turning her gaze to us before the men with us.

I saw her fold her arms as she turned to look at the men I was just watching and feeling.

"What are you doing?" questioned the supremo to the men I asked my friend to speak to.

"Later," I whispered to her.

They could not answer with their courage but, cowardly when the supreme faced.

"Why are you stealing what's not yours?" it still questions them.

"We thought no one owned it!" one of the men answered when I stopped when my friend answered it was too late.

Sometimes its chatter is the cause of our misfortune.

"You think so? You ignored the shouting of those inside the house, and maybe asked for help but, the speed steals stuff that isn't yours." she just answered.

I just let her reason for her to look all over. She explained what she had said and then we took the couple to the hospital.

"Doc Leo's parents is the name you mentioned," Zas replied to us and frowned at what I heard.

"Leo?" I'm referring to the name I heard.

"Leonardo Diaz, he's been our main scientist here since Doc Matt resigned as a scientist," he answered us—by miss Erika.

"..."

"Also, why are you there?" she asked.

"We got lost, we couldn't memorize Australia even if we had a map or address," she replied, but I couldn't speak.

"Our building is known as a hospital because almost all the doctors are here," Zas replied to us I just nodded.

One of the men with us winked at me. We were startled when one of the men yawned and shouted.

"You haven't been acquitted of what you did! Give them back the things you stole," she shouted at them and we were all surprised when she threw one of the men and wounded him.

"All right, supreme." the man winked at me earlier and I just stared.

"It's not funny what you did to two novice agents," she told them and someone took it to the table.

"I'm sorry...we thought—" the man who was thrown stammered.

The pain still looks strong because the wall cracked.

"Are you stupid? You didn't know first if anyone owned the item you stole!" shouted Erika I found out the COO of the building.

We all fell silent when the office rumbled.

"Miss Erika is a witch so I suspect she saw what happened before you got here," Zas whispered to the two of us who were already friends.

"I'm sorry, miss Erika," replied one of the men causing Miss Erika to look back.

"Miss Forster, I'm sorry for what my agents did, Zas will go with you to recover what they stole from you and your friend," miss Erika replied to us as my friend.

"That's okay, miss Erika, I hope what they did doesn't happen to others like me again because their nonsense will ruin the name of the main building," she told miss Erika they all fell silent at what my friend said.

Because what she said is true, only fools can't think that.

"Thanks for saying I understand what you mean," miss Erika told us I saw her sting when the men looked up.

"One of you can be with them. You have to get organized. You will be a team." miss Erika told us we were all quiet I saw her pout and kicked right away so she wouldn't notice.

"That's my punishment for you, boys, some of you will go to another team, and your team will be disbanded if you are like that." miss Erika replied to them we are not talking.

I saw it turn around when the man noticing me looked at us dead here!

"David Reyes, you will be with them and their other teammate, Drake who is not yet here in Australia." miss Erika mentioned to all of us.

He turned to look at me and whispered.

"I hope someone else will be with us," he whispered and I kicked him.

"What? Why me?" the man asked miss Erika my friend and I faced each other.

"Why you? You also have the same punishment as your friends, you will now be assigned to your new teammate." miss Erika answered them.

It explained to us as a new ‘team’ the training we would do while there was no mission to be given.

"Zas will accompany you to retrieve the stolen items from their accommodation," she ordered her.

"Thank you, miss Erika." I just said.

She turned to look at me and nodded.

"Nothing, I also don't want people like you who are new to the building to have a bad experience," she said to me.

I just nodded and we all said goodbye. We were accompanied to the accommodation by those who stole our belongings.

"Do you have a foreigner race?" questioning one of what miss Erika had thrown earlier caused her to turn to the men.

"Nothing," she replied, and I just quietly walked beside her.

I turned around when someone spoke to my side and I saw Zas.

"Are you new here?" it asked me and I nodded afterward.

"Don't be ashamed of those like you, and you should get to know each other so you don't gossip about it," she whispered to us again and frowned at what he told me.

"Why would they gossip about me? I'm just a beginner." I answered immediately when I spoke.

"Because your friend is new to you, and especially the ones who stole your equipment crush the women here inside the building, they think of them as princes." its faint whisper to me turned his gaze to the person I was talking to.

I think my friend listens to us too.

"Prince? They're not going to beat you up—" she interrupted when I pushed his side.

"We're not handsome, your race will chase us," replied one of the men behind him, causing him to turn around and slap the man.

When we got to the accommodation of the men with us we just waited outside but he used his powers to find out what was going on inside we knew one of them like my friend.

"You don't have to use powers in our room," said the man he stared at, who I suspected was the same as him.

"Do you mind? We don't trust you anymore," she said and they were silent with our belongings.

I immediately grabbed my tool in their hand and that's what he did before slapping the speaker.

"Jared by the way," he introduced us and my friend still stared at it.

"Zas, where's the training room we always go to and other things we need to go to?" she turned next to us and ignored the man who introduced himself.

I saw friends shut it up except for the man noticing me who was still staring at me and not evading.

"As for you, you immediately made it obvious that she was your type." mentioned a guy named Jared.

"She knew right away that since we're both witches, why should I hide it?" Jared's straightforward answer to his friend.

"Really?" his friend replied.

My friend glared at the man and I turned my gaze to her.

No way?

So, she thinks differently about the man?

"He's speed..." I just told her and I turned to look and I immediately talked to Zas.

"I'll join you friends before a volcano erupts." Zas was joking with us. I laughed softly at what she said, she noticed.

"Miss Zas! I can hear you..." She moaned at us and I scolded my friend.

Miss Zas and the men laughed out loud. We went with him and followed by the name David I just avoided looking at him until we got to different rooms and miss Zas explained everything we needed to know.

"Here you go training, with David and Jared with you then and with Drake," Zas told us and I just listened.

"Everyone has a head assigned to the building? Just like the human you were assigned, who will be our leader?" when she asked, I agreed with what she said.

Who can we be with?

I was just sitting quietly next to me when a man named David spoke.

"Are you a pure vampire?" asked me I just shook my head and I didn't talk to him anymore.

"Snobber..." he said, causing me to slap him and look at him.
