Twenty Five

When Eireen and I finished our training, he said goodbye to go upstairs to assist incoming patients. I walked to the ward where there were many wounded people from being infected with the virus.

The survivors of our race are gradually leaving the ward, they are now under the care of the agents. I assisted those of our race who were sick or wounded because of the battle, it happens normally in our lives.

"Amire?" called someone I didn't expect to be here so I just turned around.

"D—doc?" I mentioned that I almost made a mistake when I was holding the checklist.

Papa talked to the doctor who was with me to change his nurse assistant and I was surprised. They moved away from us so I just followed the two doctors.

"Why were we changed?" I asked the nurse who was with Papa in surprise.

"I don't even know, do you know?" he asked me and I immediately answered.

I also shrugged in front of it and answered.

"I don't even know, I'm wondering," I just exclaimed to the nurse I was talking to.

"Did
