It’s not Rowan’s baby. She never slept with him after the divorce. So it’s impossible for it to be his. It’s definitely Ethan’s though I hate the idea of that since Rowan is going to end up raising this kid when he told her there was something wrong with Ethan from the start and she didn’t listen
