It was the second day since Annabel's accident and she is yet to gain consciousness. However, the Doctor assured us that she is steadily making progress.

It made me relieved after gluing to her side for days, hoping that she pulls through.

Myron came to see Annabel but avoided my gaze and acted like my existence did not matter to him.

It hurt me but I had to mask my pain because in truth, Annabel would not have gone through this if I had revealed the agenda.
