“I won’t say that for sure,” Dalton replied. “But for your own safety, consider it, you're no longer invisible.

"Give me a call if you change your mind. I’ll arrange some trusted men for you.”

Briella smacked her lips and gave a nod, her eyes on the private jet where her father waited inside.

Dalton went up the stairs to Mr Garland Milton's side, he paused and looked back at Briella. The look that held more concern than words could carry.

She waved them off, before turning and heading back to her villa alone.

On her way back home, Briella stopped by the supermarket to get some groceries and supplies. This was her way of pretending her life was still normal.

Clad in a hoodie and joggers, hair packed in a pony, she moved through the aisles. She gathered some vegetables and a few frozen items and other consumables. After paying she took them to her car.

She suddenly remembered she needed to shop for some underwear.

She headed back inside, to the clothing section.
