CHAPTER FIFTY-NINE:Snap, snap--Inside a medium-sized room, the people who were evacuated to their floor were softly murmuring to each other. Some were seated, but most were not, since the seats were not enough to accommodate them all. Although it might not be time for it, some are resenting the people sitting on the couches secretly but cannot say anything since they have higher statuses than them. No matter how dangerous the situation is, it seems like the priority of the masses is those people with more power and higher statuses.In the innermost part of the room, there was another separate couch with a table. There seated the other four: April, Sheryl, Dave, and Aron. April was sitting in front of a laptop. She was sweating even though the room had an air conditioner. Of course, the sweat that was breaking on her forehead and sliding on her face was a cold sweat. Her right hand was on a mouse, and her forefinger was clicking on it as she kept on alternating from camera to camera.

CHAPTER SIXTY:No answer---Tyler slammed the door shut in front of the man who was chasing after them. It feels like his butt was on fire because his moves were very fast. He did not even care when he almost tripped on his way to a couch inside the room. In his hurry, Tyler almost threw Althea's body on the couch as soon as he got there and sprinted to the wardrobe and the bed to get enough clothes to press down on the wound and try stopping the bleeding. When he came back to the couch where he randomly tossed her, he saw her grunting and moving while clutching her bleeding abdomen. Tyler's eyes shone and trembled at the same time. He wasted no time and almost ran to get to her. Then, he kneeled next to the couch and stopped her from sitting."Don't," he said softly. He was trying his best to not anger and agitate her. CHAPTER SIXTY-ONE: Afterwards --- “Sir,” one of the paramedics stopped his advances. “You’re not allowed to get near to the patient, we’ll take it from here.” Tyler knows that he knows, but for some reason, his words are set to rage in his heart. He glared at the guy and almost pushed him aside. “I’ll accompany you to the hospital. Let me in in the ambulance.” The other looked at him strangely before looking behind him over his shoulder. Out of almost 200 people in the hotel, 3 died- which are the security guards manning the doors and doing patrols- and one injured. The injured lady was escorted by paramedics on a stretcher. Her condition was not looking good since she lost too much blood, and they had to perform a blood transfusion as soon as possible. CHAPTER SIXTY-FOUR;Hospital--The telephone clanked after Melanie placed it back. After that, the noise faded into the background. She and the other two were standing still next to her. The three adults in the room were still processing the information they received as fast as they could they would not scare the little boy that was with them. Kai was sitting on the chain near them. His arms were laying on the table and he was dangling his feet. His structure is small, after all. He still needs support when sitting down or getting off of the chair sometimes. The little boy was silently staring at the back of the adults. His eyes that he got from her mother were still, it was as if he had fallen into deep thought. He heard everything they said on the phone, but his young brain still can't fully understand the conversation at all. But the look on their faces and the emotion laced with worry, hesitation, and disbelief in their voices made him think,'Something bad happened to mother.'

CHAPTER SIXTY-SIX:RUN--Inside a black van were 5 chaotic men. The rock music coming from the speakers was loud. It was irritating to the ear, but for some reason, the men inside were also shouting along with the music. Their drive is not steady at all since their driver looks drunk and all. They were so noisy that their noise even escaped the van, but it annoyed no passerby or other vehicles. Because there were none in the first place. The black van was driving alone on an abandoned road. The road was rocky and grassy. It looks like it has not been maintained for a long time. Their surroundings were quiet. The only source of sounds was their noise and the rustling of the leaves when birds flew away from the trees or landed to take a rest on the branches. Other than that, the place is oddly dark and silent. They can see nothing but the bumpy, straight road and the tall trees.
