Taking a deep breath, he replied, “Leah,” he said bravery. “She just texted me to come over.”

The taller guard relaxed slightly, giving a small nod. “Alright, go on. Just don’t walk around here too long. We keep an eye on this lot.”

“Of course, thanks, guys,” Tellan replied with a friendly tone, pretending to type something on his phone as he continued walking.

When he reached Victor’s car, Tellan slowed his pace, still pretending to be focused on his phone. Suddenly, he stumbled slightly, dropping his phone on purpose so it slid under the car. “No way, seriously? Clumsy me!” he muttered loudly enough for the guards to hear, shaking his head in mock frustration.

Crouching down, Tellan quickly reached under the car to retrieve his phone. In one smooth motion, he pressed the micro-dot GPS onto the underside of the car near the wheel well. The tiny device stuck securely, invisible to anyone who wasn’t specifically looking for it.

Back at Macholo’s headquaters, Lusso leaned forward in his chair, eyes glued to the monitor in front of him. He let out an excited laugh. “It worked! The app is installed on Victor’s phone!”Macholo, standing behind Lusso, crossed his arms and smirked. “Good job, Lusso. Now let’s see what Victor’s been hiding. This is our chance to stay ahead of him.”Lusso’s fingers danced over the keyboard as he began going through Victor’s digital life. “Alright, I’m in his emails,” he said, unable to move his eyes away from the screen. “He’s been talking to a lot of suppliers. Looks like he’s planning some big shipments soon. And there’s more.”Macholo nodded, his gaze fixed on the screen. “Keep digging. We need every detail.”Lusso continued as he has been told. He accessed Victor’s text messages and call logs, scanning for anything that could give them an edge. “Texts too. He’s been in touch with someone named Amaro a lot lately. Looks like they’ve been planning something big.”But the real brea

After she was done, Sylvania read the flyer one last time, checking for any mistakes. Satisfied with how it looked, she pressed print. The sound of the printer filled the room, and soon the flyers stacked up neatly in the tray. She placed them in her handbag, ready to distribute them tomorrow. With that task completed, Sylvania turned back to the design project she had started in the morning. She had been working on a new clothing line’s promotional material for the upcoming season at Style Studios. The theme was "Modern Elegance," focusing on the beauty of the new world. She pulled up the designs on her computer, which featured models wearing stylish jackets, chic dresses, and tailored trousers. She started working on arranging the layout for an advertisement. Finally, after hours of concentration, she leaned back in her chair, satisfied with the progress. The promotional materials were coming together beautifully. She was about to glance at her wristwatch when a slight knock came a

She walked professionally while holding a tablet in her hands. Ever since Russell had married Sylvania, Natasha had noticeably stopped flashing him the unnecessary smiles she used to give.“Good morning, Mister Thompson,” Natasha greeted. “I just wanted to inform you that your eleven-thirty meeting with the finance team has been moved to twelve noon. There’s also a package that just arrived for you. It’s at reception if you’d like me to bring it up.”Russell leaned back in his chair, giving her a brief but appreciative nod. “Thank you, Natasha. I’ll adjust my schedule for the meeting. As for the package, no need to trouble yourself; I’ll pick it up later when I get a break.”Natasha nodded. “Very well. Let me know if you need anything else.”“Will do,” Russell replied, flashing a quick smile before turning back to the document on his screen.Natasha turned and walked out of the office, her heels clicking softly against the polished floor. She closed the door quietly behind her, leavin

He grabbed his napkin, wiping his mouth as he set his fork down with a thud. “Admire Zagaff Manscent?” he said, his tone filled with disbelief. “Victor, are you serious? That man is nothing but a snake in a suit.”Victor raised an eyebrow, pretending to be surprise. “Oh? Why do you say that, Leonardo?”Leonardo leaned forward with a low voice as he tried to control his anger. “Zagaff is the kind of man who shakes your hand while holding a knife behind his back. Let me tell you a story,” he began, gesturing with his fork. “There was a time I almost partnered with him, years ago. He promised me a fair deal, a partnership that would’ve made us both rich. But you know what he did? He deceived me. Stole the deal right out from under my nose and then turned around and made me look like a fool in front of the board. He doesn’t care about loyalty or trust. All he cares about is himself.”Victor nodded slowly, hiding the satisfaction he felt. He hadn’t even needed to push Leonardo; his hatred

Macholo leaned over the map, his fingers tracing a path through the streets. “Victor’s smart. He’s not going to make it easy for us to find him. But he’s also human. He has habits, players, even a hobby. We just need to find the weak link in his chain.”The men nodded, they knew they didn’t have much time. Yeyo grabbed a notebook and started writing down their next steps, while Lashar lit a cigarette, and his mind was spinning with so many ideas.Macholo straightened up, his eyes still on the map. “Tomorrow, we’ll split up. Lashar, you take the docks. Yeyo, keep an eye on the market district. Watch for anything unusual; new faces, deliveries, people acting nervous.”“And Marvin?” Lashar asked, breathing out a puff of smoke.Macholo looked at Marvin, who was playing with a gun that wasn’t loaded. “He’ll check out the runner’s alley. If Victor’s people are moving goods through there, I want to know what and where.”On the other side of the table, Vinny was hunched over his laptop. His f
