Third Person POV.

Jason swiveled his chair to face him. He said nothing and simply stared at Cole until he understood that Jason was waiting for him to continue. Cole shifted slightly but held his ground, knowing he had been given permission to speak.

“I can tell you still want Luna…” Cole paused, correcting himself. “I mean, Ms. Rhaella. But if that's true, why did you reject her in the first place? I don't get it.”

He lowered his head slightly. “I’m sorry if I’m overstepping, Alpha.”

Ella's POV.The moment we entered my room, Jason brushed past me and strolled inside as though he owned the place. With his hands tucked into his pockets, he casually looked around, taking in the familiar walls, dresser, and bed.The sheer arrogance of it made my skin crawl. He acted as if nothing had changed between us, like he still had every right to walk into my personal space whenever he pleased.I quietly closed the door behind us, then stepped farther inside. I said nothing, allowing him to look around and settle. The more comfortable he felt, the less likely he was to suspect what I was about to do.While his back was turned, I slipped my phone from my pocket and stopped the voice recording I'd started from the moment he stepped out of his car.I stared at the screen for a second. The audio was useful, but I knew better than to rely on that alone. Jason could easily deny everything, claim the recording had been edited, or dismiss it as fake.I needed something stronger. Someth

  • FIFTY MILLION DOLLAR OMEGA   Chapter 53: The back door.

Ella's POV.Jason chuckled and folded his arms across his chest.“Exactly. You can't prove anything.” He sounded almost proud of himself. “It's your word against mine, Rhaella. And we both know who people will believe.”Before I could respond, his phone rang again. It hadn't been the first time his phone had rung since he'd arrived, but he'd ignored every call. With an annoyed sigh, he pulled it from his pocket and frowned at the screen. For a moment, I thought he'd finally answer. Whoever was calling must have had something urgent to discuss, judging by how persistently they were trying to reach him.But Jason simply stared at the screen before slipping the phone back into his pocket. He let it ring until the call eventually disconnected. That only deepened my irritation.“I'm done talking to you,” I said flatly. “Just get out of here and answer your damn phone.”“That's none of your concern,” he muttered, his expression darkening. Then a thought crossed my mind, and I went still.“I

  • FIFTY MILLION DOLLAR OMEGA   Chapter 52: Not a coincidence.

Ella's POV.My wolf stirred immediately, a low growl rumbling in my chest.I folded my arms and planted myself firmly in front of the door. There was no way on earth I was letting Jason inside to upset my mom again. Not tonight. Not ever.He strode toward me hurriedly. His expression was carefully composed, but the tension in his movements betrayed him. He looked like a man struggling to keep his temper under control.Cole climbed out of the driver's seat and stood beside the car, his hands clasped respectfully behind his back.My gaze drifted to his face, and I immediately noticed the blood on his lower lip. Under the streetlight, the damage was impossible to miss. His lip was badly split, with dried blood gathered at the corner of his mouth and a stain spreading across his shirt collar. My brows drew together.Of course. Jason had probably done that.He had always been brutal toward the people around him, even those who were loyal to him. I knew that better than anyone. Back when we

Ella's POV.Michael ignored Sylvie's questions, his attention still fixed on me.I couldn't hold his gaze for long and finally looked away first.“What business do you have with that man?” he pressed, stepping closer.Sylvie shifted impatiently on the couch.“Okay, seriously, I'm lost here.” She looked from Michael to me. “Can one of you stop being so cryptic and tell me what's going on?”Michael exhaled slowly, like he was weighing how much he should reveal. Then he finally spoke.“He's the man behind this year's MTQ.”Sylvie blinked, her confusion deepening. “Wait... what? What are you talking about?”“He's in charge of the Omega transfers to Lycranox,” Michael explained, his voice turning grim. “Every arrangement connected to those shipments ultimately goes through him.”Sylvie let out a nervous chuckle and shook her head."No… that can't be right.” She turned to me, searching my face for reassurance. “Michael must be mistaken, right?”I wished I could tell her he was wrong. I want

Ella's POV.My mom stepped closer, reaching for my hands. Her fingers trembled as they closed around mine.“Rhaella…” she pleaded softly. “What did you do?” “Mom… I...” I stammered.“Please, Ella. You're scaring me.” Her voice cracked.Michael hadn't said a word, but his eyes never left my face. He was waiting for an explanation, just like everyone else.I swallowed hard, trying to force the words past the lump in my throat.“I…” My voice faltered again as I took a shaky breath. “I signed a nomination form.”The words had barely left my mouth when a heavy silence settled over the living room.Michael straightened abruptly, disbelief flashing across his face.“You did what?” he demanded. “Rhaella, have you gone mad?”Sylvie stared at me, her mouth falling open.“Are you seriously trying to get yourself killed?” she burst out. “Ella, what the hell were you thinking?”I lifted my chin and faced them, refusing to let their disapproving stares make me second-guess my decision.“What was I

Third Person POV. “Come in.”The door opened, and Cole stepped inside. He stopped a few feet from Jason and dipped his head respectfully.“She’s home, sir.”Jason turned sharply, his attention immediately fixed on him.“You’re sure?”“Yes, Alpha. I followed the cab myself.”Some of the tension left Jason’s shoulders, but the relief didn't last. His brows drew together as he pressed a palm against his forehead, trying to remember something Cole had mentioned earlier.“Wait. Didn’t you say she met with Dahlia?”Cole nodded. “Yes, sir. Miss Dahlia stopped her outside the building shortly after she left your office. They spoke for a while, but Miss Rhaella left soon afterward and went straight home.”“Those two have no business talking to each other.” Jason's expression tightened. “What did they talk about?”Cole hesitated. “I couldn't hear their conversation, sir. But they didn't stay together for long.”Jason fell silent, absorbing the information. He turned away from Cole and walked o

Ella's POV. As I stepped inside the hall, I pulled down my hood. I wasn't expecting to see every member of the Senate board. Jason sat at the head of the round table, draped in an aura that screamed, ‘he was the Alpha.’ His burgundy shirt caught my eye. The same one I bought him for his last b

Ella's POV. I couldn’t believe my ears. Is Jason trying to pin his affair on me?… on me! Like I’m the one who cheated? He wants me to look like the whore while he’s the saint? Goddess… this feels like a bad dream. I stared into space, not knowing what to say next. Sylvia was right… this is beyon

Ella's POV. My heart dropped straight into my stomach. That had better not be true. Even if Jason hated me enough to do this, how could he hate his own children? But what does it matter now? I was already on the edge of losing the babies. Just before I passed out, I heard footsteps pounding up t

Ella's POV. Today was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. Just me and Jason, wrapped up in each other’s arms like we always do. But now I'm on the cold tiles, bleeding, while he grabs another woman by the waist and fucks her like she belongs to him. When did the man I fell in love with bec
