" So this is what I want to see you about" kelvin said

"Okay I am all hears"

"So you know Linda?" Kelvin asked with a smile

"Yeah I know her too well"

Kelvin let the smile die from his face allowing his angry expression taking over his face

"Stay away from her" he said

"Ohh really, why should I do that"

Kelvin instantly grabbed Alex by the collar of his shirt, "don't mess with me asshole, I know about your fucking secret that you are a werewolf and if you don't stay away I will not only let everyone know about it but also let the pack know about your stupid act here" he said release his shirt collar

"Be a good boy and don't transpass if you don't want to get yourself killed" kelvin said and left the pitch. For the first time in Alex life, this is happening. Nobody have ever confronted him and go Scott free without him not doing anything to whosoever the person his. Damn you kelvin Alex swore inward as he walked away.

Today class was far too fast today. The school principal told his students that they will hosting a parent-teacher meeting today so the class held weren't much so Alex did not bother going to class but went to the library and find a place to seat inorder to rest his head. just after he had rested for a while, another student came and sat next to him in the library. At first Alex thought it was Linda, only for him to raise his head and see a male

"Hi mate" Lucas said with a smile

Alex looked at the student, feeling confused what's this again. And the word, MATE. It signify something.

"Hello but I-"

"You don't know me and wanna know the reason why I used the word" Lucas said with a smile

"Yes of course you can come out a bit"

"We do know ourselves when we see each other Alex, you don't know me and I don't know how you don't sense presence of other mates like you. Well, that not why I am here anyways" Lucas said and stands

"Than what are you here for, to tell me to stay off a girl right"

"Ahh I get it, I was wondering why you weren't in class but here resting" Lucas said and left. What is wrong with me , Alex asked himself. In their pack, they have the most supernatural powers in the realm but why is he not able to sense any of his mates now in the human world. What is really happening to him. Just as he wanted to stand, Alex noticed something. something is moving in his body. It is like a current following round him and suddenly Alex felt the surge to say something.

"Come" he said to a shelf filled with books and surprisingly the shelf moved towards his direction

"Stop" he said again and the shelf stopped. Alex could not believe this. No one in the realm is able to do this and Alex felt something. Something like joy and happiness that he has aquire something so powerful. After a few minutes, he tried controlling the shelf but it didn't move, he tried several times but it did not move. What's wrong? Why can't he control it anymore. Then he understand the main reason he was sent to the human realm. His father, the leader of the pack had told him the secret of him becaming stronger is in the human world. So Alex need to understand this new ability of his in this human world.

"Where have you been all this while!" Linda said with worries on her face as she sees Alex coming towards the physics lab

"Am sorry bae, I was at the library"

"You could have called me,you made me worried"she said, Alex said nothing but hugged her. She is worried about him and he is the cause but she can't understand what's wrong.

"Are you good bae"she asked when she had a full glimpse of his face. He look worried

"Yeah I am fine, just that I missed you"

"Same here honey" she said. Looking at her Alex concluded within himself that he had to fight for her. He has to defend the love he has for her. He will never let anyone take her away from him, not even Kelvin, Lucas or anyone else .Never.

"How did the show go pal" Mark asked his friend, Kelvin. I killed it big time"

"You see, you have to let him know who you are and put a little fear in him"

"Yeah you are right, I haven't seen him after that time"

"I guess he is too timid to be called an alpha"

" You bet, I would not have let such a person go if I were the one," Kelvin says, about your thoughts, now you need to take the next step," Mark says "What step"

"You have to go closer to Linda, you can scare off that timid alpha and let that little puppy look for him, you need to take his place"

"Bingo, will work on it" Kelvin said, They were both at the backyard of the school administration office and slowly they walked back to the class.

"So what took you so long before leaving the library...where you reading and if you are what-"

"Linda you ask too many questions but I need to be frank with you, I went there to clear my head"

"Clear your head?"

"Yes Linda, I need to do that if I want to be normal seeing you now I think I don't have anything to think about anymore...I just have to do the needful"

"The needful"

"Yes Linda," he said and hugged her again and have her a peck on her cheeks.

After the meeting hosted by the school, the school decided to let all students close for the day as this made the students happy. The following days are weekends so there will be no school. As Alex and Linda walked out of the physics lab, he saw Kelvin along with Mark who were walking in their direction. Alex could see the angry glance from Kelvin but did not pay attention to it, to worsen the matter, he put his arm around Linda's neck. As Kelvin and Mark got cose to them, he feigned a smile at them both

"Hello Linda," Mark said as he offered a handshake

Linda looked at Alex who gave her go ahead

"Yeah hello," she said as she received the handshake

"Hope you are doing well with your new friend"

"Yes of course " Linda did not like the way things were going but had no choice when she saw that her boyfriend was enjoying the show

"Okay. I just wanna inform you that Almond is hosting a party on the 27th of this month"

"Ohh really," Alex said

"Yes he is and I have promised him that I would invite you to the party so here it is," Mark said

"Okay I will try and come," Alex said

"And I hope you bring your friends Alex," Mark said "Yes I will," Alex said and both Mark and Kelvin left
