I flipped the paper, but aside from the picture of my wedding ring and an indication for testing, there was nothing more on it.

I searched through the files and found where the paper had fallen from. In it were numerous pictures and lab tests.

I wasn't sure if I was overthinking, but even though they were the same, I couldn't help but feel it was different… in some tiny way.
