“Mitch, I couldn’t cheat on you,” I whispered, my voice cracking. “Do you know why?” I looked up, forcing myself to hold his gaze even as hot tears spilled down my cheeks.

“Because when I love someone—really love them—I can’t even imagine tearing them apart the way you did to me. That’s what love was supposed to be, wasn’t it? Loyalty. Safety.”

I swallowed hard.

“I know how much it hurts to see the person you love cheat on you and rub it in your face. I love you so much that even though

This makes me so torn. I know how much she loves Mitch and I can see how he still cares in his own way.... but he needs to be less shallow. He needs to treat her well. If he cant, he needs to leave and let Tarzan treat her well.

I want Lena to be with Tarzan so bad but have to remind myself, all she has known is Mitch...unfortunately. Will he actually change? Probably not, but I'm hopeful Lena will continue to find her voice and recognize her worth!

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    I KNOW THE LOOK

Tarzan’s throat tightened, a dry, aching constriction that made it hard to swallow. His pulse pounded in his ears, heart slamming violently against his ribs. Guilty. He hated that Eric could see it on his face. Hated that his own body had betrayed him so completely. His jaw clenched until his teeth ached. He had tried. God knows he had tried. It's been six days. He had counted every agonizing hour, fighting with all his strength not to fail.He had looked into Lena’s trusting eyes and vowed he would never go back to that version of himself. But the cravings hadn’t vanished. They never simply stopped. And would Lena understand?Would she believe that he was really trying his best?“How did you follow me in here without me noticing?” Tarzan muttered.Eric didn’t answer. Instead, his lips curled into a smirk that never reached his eyes.“You should be humble and grateful. I’m giving you a chance to clean up your act and be a nice boy. A second chance. How many people get those,

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    WILL LENA BE DISAPPOINTED?

AUTHOR'S POVEric’s smirk didn’t waver. If anything, it widened. He slowly slipped his phone into the pocket of his jacket, taking his sweet time as though savoring the effect his words had on Tarzan.“Big words for a man whose woman just walked out on him in the middle of a show.”He stepped closer.Tarzan’s fist itched.Every muscle in his body tightened with the instinct to shut Eric’s mouth permanently. He could already picture his knuckles connecting with that smug, perfectly sculpted face. But he held back.Barely.Eric tilted his head, studying him with the irritating confidence of a man who knew exactly which buttons to press.“She asked me to take care of you,” he continued. “Her little boy.”Tarzan’s jaw clenched so hard his teeth ached.Eric took another step back, his smirk turning almost playful.“Why don’t you find someone your own age to mess with and leave Lena for a real man like—”That was it.Tarzan moved before his brain could catch up.His hand shot out, grabbing

The words landed wrong. Even she felt it—the micro-flinch in her eyes gave her away . A few uneasy murmurs rolled through the audience like distant thunder. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't need to. "Who says it's propaganda and fan service?" I asked calmly. She laughed again, this time nervously. "I just wanted to get a reaction from you… So tell us, Mr. Silver, what type of woman is your type?" "You came late," I said flatly. "I've already described her. But let me make this point clear. I love my woman as she is—curves natural, real, and they fill my hands like this." I held my hands up, framing the exact span of Lena's waist. "Your four waists combined couldn't fill this gap." Bella's smile cracked. "What, are we encouraging obesity now? How many women have a waist the size of a hippo?" The audience booed and that clearly surprised her. I could see the moment her confident mask shattered, panic flickering in her eyes. Erica half-rose, sensing the bloo

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    STUPID SURPRISE

TARZAN'S POV Two fucking hours. Two long, soul-crushing hours of blinding lights, forced laughter, and the same recycled questions. My jaw ached from the permanent smile plastered on my face, and my skin crawled beneath the thick layer of studio makeup. All I could think about was Lena—probably standing somewhere beyond these walls, phone clutched in her hand, waiting for me. Missing me the way I was missing her. I tried not to smile at the thought of her. Failed miserably. The host—Erica Hathaway—leaned forward with a wide smile. "So, Mr. Silver… before you go, we have one other important question to ask." I nodded once, already halfway out of the chair in my mind. "Who is the best female model you've ever worked with?" Another boring question. Now that I think of it. None of them stuck. I couldn't even think of anyone without their faces blurring together—all the same hollow smiles, all the same rehearsed poses. Then a brilliant idea sparked. Lena is a model too, right?

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    NO WONDER

"Little?" Hannah cackled. "She's a grown adult. No wonder she's so adorable—spoiled rotten, obviously. You guys treat her like a baby. She's thirty!" Scar shrugged. "She's my only cousin, so we can't help it. We adore her." My face erupted in flames, the heat spreading down my neck. This is going to be more difficult than I thought. "You two look nothing alike, though," Nora said suspiciously. "But well... I know not all cousins look similar in a way," she added. What a relief. "How do you know so many hot men, Lena?" Jessie whispered loudly, fanning herself. "Alright, everyone, let's get back to business." Nora clapped her hands, desperate to steer the conversation. "Mr. Stephen, you'll stay right here, and us girls will be going in there." I pointed at the garish pink door. "She told you already, right?" Scar smiled back at her and gave her a smooth nod. "Of course." "Okay... so... Lena, let's go." Nora and Hannah each grabbed one of my wrists and practically dragged me t

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    MEET MY COUSIN

Thankfully, I managed to convince Eric to take care of Tarzan. I arrived at the venue thirty minutes ago and have been waiting for the girls impatiently ever since. Standing stiffly in front of Cupid Hearts, I darted my eyes nervously up and down the sidewalk. What if one of my schoolmates saw me? “First time?” Scar’s voice came from beside me. I whipped my head toward him, heat already crawling up my neck. “Is it that obvious?” He let out a low chuckle and shook his head. “Not really. But I noticed you're trying to merge with the building. It's not that embarrassing. You're an adult, you know.” “Well... being an adult doesn't make it any less embarrassing,” I shot back, my voice pitching higher than I intended. “And this is my second time, so I know exactly what an adult store looks like inside. It's horrifying. Trust me.” Scar laughed again—fuller this time—his eyes crinkling at the corners. “You're a very interesting person, Lady Lena. Honestly, I'm glad I was assigned to y

MITCH'S POV I was staring at the TV replaying highlights of the match we’d lost 3-1 with bottles on the table in front of me. I cracked open another one, trying to flush down the frustration inside my chest. My childhood friend Jake walked in from the kitchen, towel over his shoulder, and rai

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    NEED YOU

I forced myself up and walked back into the bedroom Mitch and I had shared for three years of our marriage. I hadn’t slept in that bed for over two years now. Not since I left it. Every morning, he used to wake me up to complain about my snoring. I apologized. Then… I started staying awake

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    OLD MITCH

I met Mitch fifteen years ago at a coffee shop. I was sixteen, working as a store assistant and trying to look like I had my life together. I still remember what I wore that day. A faded white sundress scattered with tiny yellow flowers. Sandals laced around my ankles. Mitch was standing in

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    SWEET TURNED SOUR

You will never truly understand heartbreak until it comes from the same man who once adored you—who protected you, who loved you without hesitation. “What’s the number?” My husband’s voice came from the doorway. I flinched and looked up. That’s how sad my life had become—the usual routine of ste
