IT'S TRUE

Silence crashed over the kitchen like a heavy curtain falling on the final act of a tragedy.

The only sound that remained was Christy’s quiet, broken sobbing.

Ricardo stood frozen near the counter, every muscle in his body pulled taut as a wire. Rosa’s face had drained of all color, her hands clasped so tightly in front of her that her knuckles gleamed white. No one dared answer Lena’s question.

Lena’s breathing grew shallow and ragged with hot tears running relentlessly down her cheeks.

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    I WANT HIM BACK

“How can you say that?” My voice cracked. He looked at me, and I stared into his eyes, desperately searching for the truth.“I don’t believe it was intentional either. You’re a good person, Andres. You were only twenty. I know you must carry that guilt and trauma with you every single day—the moment the drugs wore off and reality crashed down on you. I know you feel terrible about it. Why can’t you just admit it?”He stared at me blankly. The silence was so complete I could hear my own heartbeat.*God, I prayed I wasn’t wrong about him.*Then, slowly, a small smile curved his lips.“You know me well, don’t you?” His voice softened. “That’s exactly why I fell in love with you in the first place. Because of you… I’m finally getting over my addiction. It’s like we were meant to be, Lena.”“Andres, please stay on topic. This is serious,” I said, irritation sharpening my words. “You have to apologize to Tarzan.”His smirk returned.“Will my apology bring his parents back from the dead?” he

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    NO REGRETS

Christy stood up. “Lena, I’ll be back soon,” she said gently. “Okay.” I smiled softly at her. She gave me a small nod before slipping out the door. The moment it clicked shut, Andres’s gaze locked onto me—dark, intense, and unwavering. I shifted under the weight of it. “Andres… I’m your sister. Did you forget that? It’s weird for you to keep calling me your woman.”He didn’t flinch. “Well… I didn’t ask for your correction when I called you my woman, did I?” His voice was low, almost dangerously calm, as he shut the door behind Christy with a quiet click. I swallowed hard. “Andres, I know this is hard to accept,” I said, my voice steady despite the tremor in my chest, “but there’s nothing we can do about it. We’re half-siblings. Please… respect that.”He scoffed and closed the distance between us, stopping just a few feet away—as if he didn’t trust himself to come any closer. The air between us crackled with tension.“Sister?” A bitter laugh escaped him. “Man… how the hell am

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    TWINS

I smiled softly. “Trying to make me feel better?” I asked. “It worked. Thanks, Christy.” “Not at all,” she replied, her face deadpan for a beat before breaking into a playful grin. “It’s the truth. You have plenty of people who will be happy to accept you… and appreciate you. So you shouldn’t kill yourself over the ones who don’t. I know it’s not easy for them either, but throwing coffee at you and insulting Auntie? I wish I’d been there. I would’ve shown them the crazy side of our family.” Christy leaned forward and continued with seriousness and facial expression that makes everything about her explanation interesting. “Auntie Rosa is so soft, and you’re so kind. But my mother—your Auntie—she fights with everything. Footwear. Cooking pot. Knife. She almost killed me when I was seven. If Auntie Rosa hadn’t saved me, I wouldn’t be here!” I laughed out loud. “My mother is the crazy version of your mother. You’d never believe they’re twins.” I paused. “Wait...what? They are twi

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    YOU HAVE ME

LENA'S POV After the chaos at breakfast, I told them I was feeling nauseous and needed to retreat to my room. It was only half a lie. I desperately craved solitude—an escape where I could finally let the tears I’d been holding back to spill freely. Everything had spiraled so quickly. From having no where to go to....then finding a job and now I am in my own family house? My heart ached not just for myself, but for them too. Gianna, Seraphina and Keisha. I understood how jarring this must be for my siblings—suddenly facing the reality that the stranger in their home was their older sister. The truth had landed like a grenade, shattering the family they’d always known. I still couldn’t bring myself to call Chef Rosa “Mother,” or Lord Ricardo “Father.” The words felt foreign on my tongue, too heavy with expectation and unresolved pain. A deep, weary sigh escaped me as I curled up on the edge of my bed, hugging my knees. I wished Father hadn’t slapped Keisha. That sound

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    SPOILT ROTTEN

Lena gasped, scrambling backward. Her chair screeched loudly against the floor. Her hands shook violently as she touched her face and her neck them stared at the dark stain spreading across her clothes. For one terrifying second, she braced for burning pain.Ricardo was beside her in an instant."Lena!"He pulled her gently into his arms, his eyes wide with panic as he frantically examined her."Are you burned? Tell me — are you hurt?""N-No..." Lena stammered, her breathing ragged. "I... I don’t think so."His trembling hands brushed over the soaked fabric, checking her shoulders and arms before he released a shaky breath of relief."It isn’t hot enough," he whispered. "Thank God."Rosa rushed over, tears streaming down her face. "Oh, my goodness..."She grabbed a clean napkin and carefully dabbed at the coffee staining Lena’s blouse."Does it hurt? Please tell me if it hurts."Lena slowly shook her head. "It... it just scared me."Rosa cupped her face with tender, motherly hands. "T

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    OLD WHORE

Rosa sat perfectly still, silent tears rolling down her cheeks as she prayed for peace. With every venomous word, her heart shattered a little more. She had known this moment would come, yet the raw pain in the girls’ voices cut far deeper than she had anticipated. First Andres had stormed out of the kitchen without a word. Now the girls looked devastated — disappointed in their father and betrayed by the woman they had come to see as a mother figure. The family that had seemed so solid only minutes ago now stood on the edge of fracture. The breakfast lay cold and forgotten on the table between them."Your mother died from blood cancer," Ricardo said firmly. "Rosa would never hurt her. Do not make such accusations again."Gianna, the most composed of the three, though still visibly shaken, turned to Lena. "So let me guess — she’ll be your heiress now? Does Andres know about this?" Her voice trembled as she fought back tears.Lena kept her eyes lowered, tears slipping silently down her

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    CRASH OUT

LENA'S POV What a day... I drifted through the rest of my shift like a shadow, barely present. Julia and the girls noticed. They gently pulled me aside and told me to take a break—they'd cover for me, they wouldn't say anything to the boss since she's still on maternity leave. I whispered a sh

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    GIGOLO

I jerked back, pulse thudding in my ears. His hand froze mid-air, then dropped slowly, though his intense eyes stayed locked on mine. “I’m sorry,” he said, voice low. “I should have asked first. May I touch your hair?” “No! Are you even listening to what I’m saying?” His gaze moved over my

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    WHAT IS GOING ON?

I looked up to ask her name and where her parents were — but the little girl in the yellow raincoat was already running down the sidewalk, braids bouncing. “Wait!” I called. She didn't look back. I stared back at the note in my hand, then at the rose. That was strange. I read the note agai

  • FORBIDDEN: HIS PLUS SIZE OBSESSION    GLOOMY

The walk to the café was supposed to take thirty-five minutes. I had been doing it for months now—every morning, to help with my weight loss journey. But this morning, I wasn’t thinking about any of that. All I had in my head was Mitch’s voice. "Let’s open our marriage."My feet moved on thei
