I laid a few of my things on the bed. Some clothes, shoes, jewelry in a box and purse,but I couldn't find my mother's bracelet I now own. Sighing, I tied my hair up and began walking to my closet.

I walked into my walk-in closet, opening all my drawers. Searching through it all and yet I couldn't find my bracelet.

“Wow, I thought by now you'll be waiting for me, but it seems you're still busy,”

I turned to see Maya standing at the entrance to my closet.

I groaned, “I can't find my mother's bracelet.”

“Bracelet? Lisa you have a lot of bracelets, losing one isn't supposed to bother you so much.”

“No Maya, this is my favorite.” I said walking to the other side of my closet, going through the other drawers.

“Fine,” she said, walking into my closet, “what exactly are we looking for?”

“You know, the silver bracelet with diamonds.”

“Wait. With actual diamonds?”

Without sparing her a glance, I walked to where I threw most of the jewelry I don't use.
