I was so excited that at least one of the functions was celebrated where both families would be present... I was dying to be with my tomato. We all went for sangeet and Mehandi... I was excited to see her in front of me, where I would be able to share a moment with her. 

But all my dreams were crushed when Maurvi's dad took me aside and made me sit with his relatives. 

All my friends were there with their wives enjoying holding their hands, finding their names in their hands and feeding them with their own hands as the girls had Mehandi on hands.
