30. If I Were You

After hearing Rahul's words, Rohit turned around and looked at Rai with an apologetic expression. 

He wanted to apologise so bad. The amount guilt in his heart had started to weigh him down. It was like a weight was on his chest, about 5kg. And he had no idea how he would let it go.

Rohit had never harm or betrayed Rai in their entire years of friendship. Whenever they had any misunderstanding it was always Rai's fault. 

Rohit had been a perfect friend and acted like a brother to all his friend. He never believed he would find himself in such a dilemma. It was an  avoidable mistake but he fell for it.

He was in a bad place but he felt he would have acted better. The thought of it made him depressed. 

Rohit kept staring at Rai, he wanted to apologise but how. He had no idea where he should start from.  He didn't want to justify his actions.
