Sophie’s Pov
After my grand idea came out a success and the company was back to normal. I had become a lot more popular around the company.
I gained much respect from those superior and others at my level. Regardless of the fact that I enjoyed being appreciated for a work well done, I didn’t like the popularity that came with it and the hate from Mrs Perry.
“What was my last statement Miss Wells?” Mrs Perry’s voice snapped me back to reality.
“Ma” I jumped slightly while I mumbled on some few words. I had zoned out for more than five minutes now and I heard nothing that was said by her.
