It was a normal day like any other day, the people of Brictanica were going about their normal business. Residents of shutter Burry were cleaning up rubble, starting the rebuilding process. The news of Beemo's defeat had reached everyone's ears and was now the talk of the town. This did not last long as an announcement came from King Bilimo's palace that overshadowed all mention of Beemo and Shutter Bury.
Bilimo announced that the Azure Wind Dragon tribe will not only be moving to the surface, but they will be joining a human organization. The news was met with mixed reactions by the members of the tribe.
