Quinn's Point of View
We made it back home, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that everyone had left except for family. Sarah spent the whole time trying to convince us to name the date for my Luna ceremony. I think she was more excited than anyone to get this ceremony underway. We sat for a couple of hours chatting, but I wasn’t really paying attention. I just wanted them all to go. I wanted time alone to get to know my mate in private. Who was I kidding? I wanted to sleep with him. I looked over at him as he was talking to Asher and drinking a bottle of beer. I watched his muscles flex in his arm as he put the bottle to his mouth; my eyes then trailed down his stomach, noting how his shirt clung to every dip in his body as I remembered how he looked with his top off. His hand squeezed my knee, and I looked up to find him watching me, his caramel eyes black with lust. Busted, he knew exactly what I wa
Quinn's Point of View The following day I woke up and looked at the God-like creature next to me and felt happier than I had ever felt before. I traced my fingers over his raised mark, causing him to stir with a slight smile on his face.“Morning, beautiful how did you sleep?”“Better than ever.” I still couldn't believe this gorgeous, amazing man was mine, all mine.“Your brother and our friends will be here for breakfast soon, so you better stop looking at me like that or we will be late. He purred as he kissed his mark that sat proudly on my neck. “How are you feeling today? Are you sore?” he frowned as he watched me closely.“A little”, I shrugged happily, “but it was totally worth it.
Quinn's Point of View “So, where are you taking me.”“There's a place I like to go when I need to clear my head. It's a beautiful place for a picnic, and I think you'll love it.” we walked for about an hour before he announced that we were here. We stepped into the clearing, and it took my breath away or was full of flowers leading to the waterfall. As I marvelled at the beauty, Nathan set out the picnic blanket on the ground. “We could go swimming after lunch if you want,” he asked me.“I don't have a swimsuit with me.”“That's a shame”, he quipped, shooting me a wink.“This place is beautiful. How did you find it.”
Quinn's Point of View We walked back to the packhouse to drop off the picnic basket when Sarah came running in. “What about the 16th of next month,” she asked, grabbing my hands.“I'm assuming you're talking about my Luna ceremony.”“Again”, Nathan cut in.I gave him a look to shut him up. “The 16th is perfect for us, Sarah.”“Great, I'll get it all booked. Now have you thought about a dress.”“Not really. I thought maybe we could go shopping with Summer once we are back from Black Moon to choose a dress.”Sarah's whole face lit up at my suggestion. &ld
Quinn's Point of View I was rudely awoken the next morning by the fire alarm. I quickly jumped out of bed, noting that Nathan wasn't beside me and ran down to the kitchen. I could hear Nathan swearing as soon as I opened our bedroom door. I stepped into the kitchen and couldn't see Nathan for the smoke. I ran and opened the back door to let the smoke out before switching off the cooker, grabbing Nathan’s hand and pulling him outside as Summer and Noah stepped out.“Are you trying to burn the house down? I asked. He scratched the back of his neck, a move I recognise he does when he's embarrassed. Summer and Noah snickered in the background.“I was trying to make you breakfast in bed before you left.” I literally swooned a little at his admission.
Quinn's Point of View We pulled up outside the packhouse, and Liam came running out as if he hadn't just seen us two days ago. A lot of pack members were out the front, and I saw a few of my dads friends that clearly were not happy to see me. Liam pulled us both inside, and I saw Jake and Emma, so we went over to say hello and to give Emma her car keys back. Liam had got boxes for us to pack up our things, so we split up to go to our rooms. My room was the exact same as when I left it months ago. I didn’t even come to my room the last time I was here. I let Summer pack my bags for me. Liam came in about 10 minutes later to help.“I’m so happy you found your mate, Quinn. He is a good guy, and I know he’ll look after you.”“We’ll look after each other.” I chirped happily “oh, and
Quinn's Point of View “Nathan, what are you doing here.” I gasped, throwing my arms around him as he twirled me around.“I didn't want to be without you. I hope you don't mind.” he blushed as he looked at me.“I don't mind at all. Come dance with me.” a slow song started as Nathan wrapped his arms around me, and I rested my head on his chest when a thought hit me. “Did Liam know you were coming?” I asked. He laughed loudly. “Yes, I phoned and asked him if it was ok. As soon as you left, I decided I was coming, but I had a few things to sort first. Noah wanted to come too; then Asher decided it was a great chance for him, you know, to hit on more girls.”“I’m so glad your here.&
Quinn's Point of View “Quinn Quinn, wake up” I felt someone shaking me. I groggily opened my eyes and saw Summer and Asher leaning over me.“What are you two doing here, and where is Nate” I sat up, carefully pulling the covers over me.“He’s with Liam and Noah. We came to get you for breakfast, but if we leave it much longer, it will be lunchtime. Get your lazy bum up. Come on, let’s go.” She clapped her hands together. “Are you ok? You don't usually sleep this long.” “I'm ok, Summer. I am exhausted, though, and last night must have taken it out of me.” I obviously meant the party, but I saw Asher’s face, and I quickly ushered them out of my room before I pulled myself from the bed and threw on my clothes, and
Quinn's point of view Summer and I took the boys around the pack showing them the hospital where I worked and the nursery where Summer worked, then our old school and the park, and finally the creek in the woods where we used to spend most of our time. Whenever we passed the older pack members who would glare at me, Nathan would squeeze my hand so tight I thought he might break it. I knew he was angry and trying not to start a fight and I kept quickly distracting him whenever it happened with Summer’s help. Although I didn't need him to defend me, it did feel good that he got so furious at the thought of someone upsetting me. After the tour, we picked up our bags and said goodbye to Liam, and then we headed home. Summer and Noah left in Summer’s car, and Nathan and I took Nathan's car whilst Asher drove mine as Nathan didn't trust him to drive his car. We spe
