Chapter 4

"Let me give you a piggyback, Archie," Leo said gently to Archer. "You're going to feel worse if we drive back with you like this."

Archer replied softly, "Okay… Thanks."

So, Leo carried Archer on his back as he made his way home, listening to his favorite person breathing quietly in his ear.

Leo was surprisingly satisfied with how things turned out.

After reaching the Lacelle mansion, Leo continued looking after Archer for the entire night. Gavin had wanted to help, but Leo just threw him out of the room.

When Archer finally woke up, he noticed that Leo was still sitting next to him on the bed.

Leo's handsome features were a little bruised up now, and Archer also spotted dark circles under Leo's eyes.

Archer lowered his gaze and said, "Luckily, you came in time. But I'm sorry that you got hurt because of me." He reached out to gently caress the wound on the corner of Leo's lips.
