Chapter 2

Penulis: Windrise
Archer's voice was soft and velvety, yet with a subtle accusation in his tone as he forced some of his words out.

Leo lowered his gaze and looked at him. Then, his gaze slowly shifted down into Archer's neck, where he saw a very obvious bite mark on his nape.

Leo recalled Archer sobbing aloud when he bit and marked him the night before.

It got Leo wondering how many more telltale, incriminating marks were still hidden under Archer's clothes.

Archer seemed to have read Leo's mind as he began unbuttoning his shirt. He ran his fingers from the bite mark on his neck down to the purple bruise on his chest.

"Wanna take a closer look?" Archer asked, his lips curling into a grin. "It's still hurting until now."

Archer continued undoing his shirt buttons while Leo's heart continued thumping against his chest. His heartbeat was erratic now, and his breathing was also getting ragged.

Leo had always believed that he was straight until the incident on the night before.

But Archer was just too attractive for him to resist. He had a slim, defined yet muscular waist, and Leo also couldn't forget the sight of Archer's long legs shaking and shuddering in the air.

Suddenly aware of where his thoughts were going, Leo grabbed Archer's wrist and stopped him. "I-I'm going to mend the shirt now."

He couldn't let his dangerous thoughts continue like that. Otherwise, he was pretty sure that he would get a nosebleed and a heart attack in one.

He could hear Archer chuckling softly behind him as he fought to calm himself down with deep breaths.

"Since you're mending it, I'll go take a shower in the meantime," Archer said.

Leo pricked himself on the finger.

He stared at Archer in disbelief.

Archer just cocked his eyebrow back at Leo and replied, "I spent the whole day travelling yesterday and even got my guts rearranged by you last night. Can't a man just shower in peace?"

Leo pricked himself on the finger again. He quickly averted his eyes and suddenly wished that he were deaf so he didn't have to hear what he'd just heard.

"Aren't you wary of me at all?" Leo asked with a click of his tongue.

Archer answered ambiguously, "Gavin told me you were straight."

Leo couldn't deny that. He used to think that he was straight, too.

He fell silent after that, listening to the sounds of the shower in the bathroom instead.

Leo just couldn't calm himself down. He couldn't get rid of the mental image that was already conjured in his head, either.

Leo gulped softly, his Adam's apple bobbing slightly, as he continuously muttered under his breath like a mantra, "I am straight. I am straight…"

He was just done mending the shirt and putting it away when Archer came out of the shower. Leo turned around and said, "I've just put the shirt away. It's my first time—"

Leo had wanted to say that it was his first time sewing a button onto a shirt, and that he didn't know if Archer would be happy with his handiwork.

However, before Leo could get the rest of the words out of his mouth, his breath suddenly caught in his throat.

Archer had stepped out of the shower with a towel loosely wrapped around his lower body. The entirety of his body was covered in red, blotchy marks, and Leo suddenly didn't know where else to look.

When Leo caught himself staring at Archer's thighs, he pinched himself angrily, thinking that he had stooped so low he was no better than an animal.

However, Archer just chuckled and said, "I know it's your first time. You've got literally zero skills and knowledge, but you gave it your all. Nice try."

Leo gritted his teeth.

He knew that Archer was twisting his words and teasing him on purpose, but he just couldn't help a bitter feeling rising in his chest.

"You sound like you've had a lot of experience," Leo said, getting to his feet.

He wasn't going to play by Archer's rules.

Archer was eventually cornered against the closet door. He mumbled softly, "I just watched a lot of stuff."

"If you think I suck, then maybe you should teach me, Archie," Leo said in a deep voice.

Archer remained calm and pushed his hands against Leo's chest. "I can't. We don't have any rubbers."

He seemed certain that he could control Leo like this, so he didn't seem the least bit afraid. However, Leo looked down at Archer and met his gaze.

"Archie, do you still remember how many we used last night?"

Archer had been so lost in pleasure last night, flitting in and out of consciousness. He couldn't possibly have kept track of anything.

"Eleven," Leo said, leaning close to Archer's ear. "We almost finished up a 12-pack box. Wanna guess where the 12th one is, hmm?"

The cold aluminium foil was then pressed against Archer's lower stomach as Leo slowly inched it up his body.

"Actually, wait. No," Stanley said, his lips shivering slightly. "Let Archer sleep."…Leo got along well with Stanley and Callie. At least, that was what Leo thought. When Archer finally came out of his room and caught sight of the trio chatting happily in the living room, he couldn't help but stop in his tracks, looking absolutely stunned."Mom? Dad? Why did you guys suddenly come home?"Stanley looked a little melancholic. "We thought of surprising you."His gaze then landed on Leo, and he closed his eyes in despair. "But, we never thought that you were hiding an even greater surprise at home."Archer joined them and naturally sat down next to Leo."What surprise? This is Leo Payton, my boyfriend," Archer said, his eyes gentle as he looked at Leo. "I just hadn't managed to tell you yet because I didn't want to give both of you a heart attack.""It's fine. I'm fine," Stanley, seemingly lost in thought.Archer knew that Stanley wasn't taking the news very well. So, he turned

Leo was wearing a see-through black button-down shirt. His muscular body was wrapped in red rope, with a massive red bow tied on the back of his neck.Leo's wrists were tied together too, with the bow neatly nestled between his wrists. Upon closer inspection, Archer realized that the rope binding Leo's hands together was none other than his own red tie.Leo's eyes were curved upward in a wide smile. "Happy birthday, Archie! Welcome home."There were fresh flowers scattered all over the floor, surrounding Leo. He was Archer's birthday present, after all."Is this the latest fad youngsters are into these days?" Archer asked, his lips curving into a grin. He looked like his mood had greatly improved since. He then scanned the sea of flowers in the room and realized that they were all his favorites."It's not a fad," Leo said, looking at Archer and replying in a deep, serious voice. "It's proof of my sincerity. I really like you, Archie."Archer felt his heart beginning to thump. He

When Leo saw that Archer finally woke up, he circled his arms around him and nuzzled Archer in the crook of his neck."So what are we now, Archie?"Archer had a terrible sore throat. He had allowed Leo to ravish him for two days and nights, and there wasn't a single inch on his body that was still intact. "Leo," Archer said in a soft voice. "A proper relationship begins with a proper confession and a bouquet of fresh flowers, not sleeping with each other."Leo hummed quietly, feeling a little down. "I didn't mean to disrespect you in any way, Archie."It was just that he was way too anxious and impatient because he dearly wanted to be with Archer. Archer was the most precious thing in his life, after all."I know," Archer replied, caressing Leo's head before pulling away from the hug.Archer's thoroughly ravished body soon disappeared under a wrinkly white shirt. After getting dressed, he got to his feet while holding on to the table."I haven't been to work in two days. I'll

The host of the event, Daniel Tanner, stopped the rest of the guests from ambushing Archer and said, "Alright, alright. I think Mr. Lacelle has had enough alcohol for the night. Let's give him a break, okay? For me?"There was a shrewd look in his eyes as he smiled and addressed Archer next. "Mr. Lacelle, I've prepared a room upstairs for you to have a rest. Go now. It might help with the tipsiness."Something was amiss. Leo narrowed his eyes, hurriedly going over information about Daniel in his head.Daniel had a son, Percy Tanner, who was notorious for being a playboy and a pervert. Archer was also aware of that, but he still made his way upstairs as told.Leo felt his heart leap into his throat. He quickly beckoned over his family's bodyguard and said, "Go and knock out the Tanners' bastard son and hide him in a random room somewhere."Meanwhile, Leo hurried forward as quickly as he could, chasing after Archer. When Leo opened the room door, he saw that Archer was already

Lucas closed the door after Leo, feeling wronged. He turned to Archer and said, "That guy isn't someone you should mess with."Archer just got to his feet and grabbed his coat. "I know that," he said with a chuckle.…Archer watched Leo's basketball match. While walking toward Leo at the end of the game, Archer looked like he was on his way to stake his claim over Leo. After all, Leo was one of the more popular students on campus."Drink some water," Archer said, twisting the cap open on a water bottle before placing it in Leo's open hands.Leo grinned and asked, "I was great, wasn't I?"Archer naturally reached out toward him and wiped Leo's sweat away with the back of his hand. "You were superb. Youngsters like you are always full of energy."Leo felt stunned. Suddenly, he wasn't sure why his heart was beating so quickly anymore—whether it was because of the match earlier or because of his crush who was standing right before him.He just zoned out again.Meanwhile, Archer's

Brutus had done many similarly unscrupulous things in the past, after all. He'd also made many enemies in his lifetime because of that. After the incident was over, things were getting more intimate than usual between Archer and Leo.Leo kept showing Archer his domestic side, such as wearing an apron and making dinner in the kitchen when Archer came back home from work."Archie! You're back right on time. Dinner's ready!"Leo knew that Archer usually skipped dinner, but he refused to let him continue doing it. It was bad for his health. And so, Archer eventually gave in and let Leo stuff him full every night. Not just at the dinner table, but also in bed.…Leo was pretty satisfied with the progress he was making with stealing Archer's heart.
