The sound of water dripping echoed in Leon's ears, reverberating through the dimly lit room. He sat in a chair, his wrists tightly bound behind the backrest, feeling the cold metal dig into his skin. The chill in the air seemed to seep into his bones, adding to the discomfort that already plagued him.
