Josie POV

This was not the way that I thought today would turn out like, let alone I didn’t think that Darius was like this, I felt comforted that a man as strong and powerful as he is that he would show such emotions with people that he has only met today. It was going to be hard for me if I had to say goodbye to him. Jess looked at me with a softness in her eyes. I still couldn’t believe that she was here in front of me and, more to the fact she was Ethan’s sister.

“I know that I haven’t known you all long, but I feel I need to tell you. We are not sure how much we can trust my mate, Bane. Darius has been weary of Bane for some time now, but like his Beta, he gave them both the benefit of the doubt. But I am afraid I think I am starting to agree.
