Chapter 16

Dakota's POV

He tenses, sighing "no" he murmurs looking away from me. Rejection hits me like a slap to the face, only more painful.

Forcing a smile I nod and hide my pain hoping he won't see through my act. Moving to the other end of the tub I lean back, closing my eyes peacefully.

I squeal as I'm pulled by my ankles, quickly taking a breath of air before I am dragged under the water.

Sitting up seconds later I wipe my eyes before opening them with a frown. Within the blink of an eye, lips are placed over mine, melting immediately into the kiss. I wrap my arms around him, not caring that we're both naked as he pulls me closer. Pleasure sizzles in my veins, my heart pumping loudly in my ears.

"Angel... " I murmur, pulling away slightly breathless. His hands tighten around my waist causing me to hold back a moan as our bodies rubbed together. He leans forwards kissing me again, he pulls away too soon only to plant small feathery kisses down my chin.

I tilt my head to the right to give h
