Mira’s POV

“The bond is gone, my lady. Alpha Dominic severed it completely.”

What do you even say to that? I just stared, breath caught in my throat like I’d swallowed glass.

“Say it again,” I demanded.

He stared, looking at the guards, then back at me. “The mate bond is gone. It’s finished.”

Finished.

It wasn’t my heart that shattered, it was my pride. My title. The vision I’d built up of myself as Luna, as he chose. The woman he had once worshipped. All of it was gone.

I turned away fast so no one could see the rage in my eyes. The place felt smaller the more I stood. I grabbed the table, nails digging into the map spread out, Dominic’s territory, my territory.

He really thought he could just snip the bond, scrub me from his veins, pretend I never existed?

What an idiot.

That bond might be dead, but you can’t erase what we were. He still carries me, every scar, every shadow. His ghosts have my face.

My father barged in while I was still glaring daggers at the map. “The troops are restless,” he grunted. “They’re waiting for your orders.”

I looked up slowly, sliding the mask back on. “Then I’ll give them something to wait for.”

He eyed me, all wary and fatherly like he thought I’d break. “You heard what happened.”

“I did.”

“And?”

“And it doesn’t change a thing.”

Luca crossed his arms. “You’re not thinking straight. Dominic’s weak, I’ll give you that, but desperate men? They get messy.”

“Perfect,” I snapped. “I want to see him burn brighter before I quench him.”

My dad’s jaw clenched. “You talk about revenge like it’s the only thing keeping you alive.”

“It is,” I shot back. “That's all he left me.”

He mumbled something about me being mad which I barely heard. I was staring right at the heart of Crescent Moon on that map.

Elora.

Just saying her name made my mouth taste like ash. Nobody wormed her way into Dominic’s heart while I was still busy bleeding for him.

The first time I saw her, I figured she was nothing, a shadow, someone too soft to survive in a world of alphas and wolves. Guess I got that one wrong. So did everyone else.

Now she stands where I used to. Now the pack looks at her the way they used to look at me. Now she’s got what was mine.

A sharp, ugly laugh slipped out. “He didn’t just break the bond,” I muttered. “He swapped it out.”

“Replace you?” My father’s voice went all soft, like he pitied me. “That’s not possible.”

I hated pity.

“Don’t lie to yourself, Father,” I said coldly. “He’s already looking at her like he once looked at me.”

He said nothing. Didn’t have to. That was enough of an answer.

I straightened up, gritting my teeth in rage, because it was the only thing keeping me upright. “We’re going to ruin them both.”

“Mira...”

“No.” I cut him off, eyes blazing. “He took everything. My bond. My title. My pride. Now he’s hiding behind that girl like she’s going to save him? She’ll be the reason he falls.”

Dad’s face went dark. “You can’t win a war just to get even.”

“I’m not doing this over spite,” I said, voice low. “I’m doing it because no one takes from me and walks away breathing.”

He leaned in, voice dropping. “You’re not the same.”

“Good,” I said. “Old Mira begged for love. New Mira takes what she wants.”

He finally shut up.

As soon as he was gone, I called for my most loyal lieutenants, the ones who’d bleed for me, not for my father’s little crest. They showed up quietly, armor marked with Blood Fang’s crimson sigil. My ace in the hole. My wild card.

Blood Fang’s Alpha swaggered in last, eyes like burning amber in the torchlight. “You called, my lady?”

“Yeah.”

He flashed a grin. “So, what’s the prize tonight?”

“The heart of Crescent Moon.”

He let out a low, dark laugh. “Ambitious. Your old man wants to chip at their borders first, make them sweat...”

“My father’s too careful. He’s all about big shows, soldiers marching, banners flying. Meanwhile, Dominic’s not stupid. He’ll spot us coming a mile off.” I leaned in. “But see, I know his weak spots. I know exactly where he’s soft.”

Blood Fang Alpha cocked an eyebrow. “Soft? That guy?”

“Healers’ wing,” I shot back. “And the kids’ quarters. That’s where they’ll run when things get ugly. Hit them there first, and you’re not just wrecking his defenses. You’re breaking him, right down to the bones.”

The room went dead quiet. Even the fire seemed to hold its breath, my words just hanging there like poison.

Then, finally, the Alpha smirked. “You’re a savage, you know that?”

I grinned, mean as hell. “Guess who taught me?”

He offered this little bow, half mocking, half impressed. “Alright then, Luna Mira. Your command is my pleasure.”

“Not pleasure,” I shot back, cold as winter. “Order.”

When they cleared out, I just stood there, staring at the stupid map. All those neat little carvings, villages, outposts, whatever. None of it mattered now. All I could see was where I’d make him bleed.

He actually believed snapping the bond made him free. Like loving someone else, building a shiny new pack, erasing me, like that was even possible.

He had no clue what I’d become without his leash.

Outside, the night screamed, raw and vicious, exactly like the mess inside my chest. I shoved out of the tent, looked at those distant mountains where Crescent Moon’s banners flapped like a dare.

“I gave you everything,” I hissed at the wind. “And all you did was cast me out.”

The anger in me got ugly. So I made the kind of promise you only make when there’s nothing left to lose. If Dominic Bellamy wanted war? Fine. I’d give him one that’d drench the ground in blood.

And when it was done...when the screaming faded and all that was left was ash, he’d see only ruin. His ruin, and hers.

Because Elora might have his heart right now, but soon, I’d be holding it, shattered, bloody, and absolutely mine.

Dominic’s POV I stared at Elora. She is the real Luna of this pack. She was always so ready to do things for the pack. She has gone through a lot for this pack. My mind rolled back to when we were little and she would always say things she would do for the promise she would become Luna. I always laughed, and to him, he rages and makes a great Luna. Although I never believed it then, I just said comfort to her. But look at her now... the only thing different here is that she is married to me instead of Dante. She loves Dante much more than she loves me, that I could tell, but the bond was stronger. I love her too, but my brother and I can possibly share her because of the love and the bond between the three of us. Elora would be our Luna, She would be both our wife, and Luna. This was the only thing I would do for my brother and her. I made my brother my Co Alpha so we can both be with Elora. The full moon climbed above us, old and bright, a silver coin tossed into midnight velv

Elora’s POVThey used to say peace came quietly. But honestly, it never crashed in like a battle or scorched like heartbreak. It just slipped in, soft as dawn, slow and gentle, so easy to miss until, one morning, you noticed the birds were singing again. The Crescent Moon was finally mending. The smoke stopped rising from the broken borders. Laughter started to echo where pain and crying used to fill the air, real laughter, the kind that wraps around you and promises things will get better. And me? I wasn’t sitting on a throne or standing next to any Alpha. I was right there in the middle of it all, with my people. Most mornings, I went to do my Luna duties. I help rebuild broken homes, paint houses, and make sure the children and adults are being treated well in the healer's chambers. I took care of nursing mothers and made sure there were enough supplies to last for the day. Nobody was left unattended. The young warriors still in training often trailed after me while I inspected the

Dante’s POVHaving Elora fully back was something that lifted a happy mood in me. Although I didn't like the fact that we both had to share her, and I am not sure how, there was nothing I could do. I only wanted her to live and that was enough for me. I didn't want to be greedy. When Dominic sank his fang into her neck, I felt something in me snap. It was like him touching something that was not his in the first place. But he is my brother and there was nothing I could do. He was the Alpha and Elora was his wife. Even if she were my mate, I couldn't possibly stop her husband from trying to save her life. After we were done reconnecting, I left for my room to freshen up and catch a little sleep that I've been missing for quite some days. I was sure Elora was fully recovered now and would not slip in and out of consciousness anymore. Immediately, my head hit the bed after my cold shower, and I drifted off to sleep. Tomorrow was going to be a long day, and I needed to be clear-headed

Elora’s POV I stared at the empty space within me with the moon goddess's voice echoing around me. She seemed to be humming a song. Everywhere felt so peaceful and I wished I could stay here for a little while. Back in the real world, I didn't want to take part in a lot of evil. I felt a sudden jerk and jumped."What is that?" I asked the moon goddess."You are being called back to life. It looks like your time with me has ended," She said, her voice soft."But I don't want to go just yet. At least not until everything is settled between the two brothers," I argued."Elora. This isn't about you. Your devotion to the pack is what has kept the brothers alive. If you don't go back to them, I'm afraid of the outcome," I shook my head violently. This isn't happening"Then at least tell me who I am going to choose," I pleaded."They are both yours..."Before I could make out what she had meant, I felt my body being pulled back as I tried to resist. When I opened my eyes, the air felt of

Dominic’s POVElora’s breathing was shallow. Each breath she took gave me a scare. It felt like forever, and my heart raced so hard. Her skin was really pale, and the mark Dante left was disappearing fast.“No,” Dante choked out, shaking her. “No, no, stay with me—Elora, please!”The healer’s hands trembled over her herbs and glowing bottles. She couldn’t pick one, couldn’t commit. Her voice cracked. “Her energy’s fading… her spirit’s slipping!” Her eyes darted to me, wide and scared. “If one bond won’t hold, let it pass through both. Bite her, Alpha.”I froze.Me? Bite her?I looked down. Elora’s lips parted, her face too still. I forced myself to breathe and met Dante’s eyes. He looked as if he would snap. “Don’t touch her,” he snapped. “She’s mine.”The healer’s voice cut through everything, sharp and furious. “You fool! If she dies, she’s no one’s!”Dante’s jaw clenched. That anger washed away, replaced by fear. His eyes flicked to mine. He swallowed, then nodded, slow and stiff

Elora’s POVMy chest squeezes up tight, first that low, annoying ache, then bam, it’s like a fist yanks the air right out of my lungs. I open my mouth to say I’m fine, but nope, the words just... melt. The room spins and goes all watercolor blurry.“Elora?” Dante’s voice, all echoey and weird, comes at me from somewhere underwater. Then the universe just flips sideways. The floor's gone. I’m weightless, but someone’s arms are strong; catch me before I faceplant. My head lolls back. I hear Dominic yelling for the healer, but his voice is just noise, buried under this ringing that’s taken over my brain.“Elora, look at me!” Dante’s voice cracks, desperate. He grabs for my wrist, checking for a pulse. I catch a glimpse of his eyes, those ridiculous golden eyes that always made me feel safe, they’re wide with panic now.“I can’t... she’s not...” the healer stammers, and honestly, that’s not what you want to hear right now.Everything dissolves into chaos. Hands everywhere, pressing cold c
