Theo's POV

Letting Rex head us back to the house in his form leaves me time to think over the fact that Khai has been seemingly missing for months without so much as a whisper from his pack.

I guess that's why Damien hasn't put out word of his missing men either, maybe he thinks Khai took them with him or something.

Then there's the fact that he is a grey Wolf which is rare for someone so young, and especially for a wolf that is supposed to take over the reins of Alpha in the near future.

Maybe he isn't the firstborn Rex tells me giving me food for thought but it's fruitless because I'm not about to go digging my fingers in pies that really have nothing to do with me.
