Chapter 75

Luna Renee’s point of view

After I finished with lunch and in other ways, I returned to the training field to finish whatever hell Esther had planned for the afternoon.

I knew she was only trying to prepare me, and usually I loved training but lately I had felt so tired it was hard to feel motivated to do much of anything. I tried to remind myself that I should just feel grateful and give it my all because these skills could help me protect and possibly even save my loves ones in the future.

I was lost deep in my thoughts as I crossed the fields to the training ground but those thoughts were interrupted when on the way, wave after wave of nausea started washing over me to the point where it was hard to even walk straight.

I stopped in my tracks hoping to calm myself.

“Renee?” Esther’s voice rang from across the field as she rushed in my direction “are you ok?” She questioned.

I went to nod my head to let her know I was ok, but that movement alone sent me over the edge and I expel
