Kimarhi and I spend the rest of the day exploring and getting to know each other. I met some of her people and saw the beauty of Lion Island. It is a beautiful place and my new home. Being home has kept me busy, saying goodbye to friends and warriors I’ve grown up with. I even expressed my fair wells to a few she-wolves I ran with. I was surprised they were all happy for me. I’m feeling downcast, and I finally pull myself away to brood. Alone in my now bare room, I shed a few tears. But as a King, I can’t linger too long.
