Chapter 2 Young Family

There was a engagement party that very lively.

The famous third teir aristocratic family that hosted by Young family. They was finding a best man to marry their granddaughter, Hazel Young. She was known to be a campus belle during their college days in the university, and also acknowledged by the whole young masters in the city.

This event was attracted a lot of attention and stirred up the whole city.

Hazel young was seated in one of the private rooms in the hotel, clenching her smooth and little cutie fist. Her eyes were bloodshot and feeling utterly bullied.

Her mother, Dana Young was sitting on her side holding her daughters hand while her face was full of anger.

"Kenneth, there was something amiss about this party. They're obviously up to no good, I'm sure of it. If you still love your daughter and me, then go and reject your father's plan!"

Dana shrieked. "If you really love this family, are you really going to watch them destroy your daughters happiness? This is a bullshit! Are they really want to find a good husband to marry our daughter?"

Dana didn't believe that they were so kind, and to find a good husband for her daughter?

The Young family just started from a small business, and then within a two decades, they had expanded and became a third tier aristocratic wealthy family in Rock city. The head of the Young family, Albert Young, became an example of an successful businessman who started from scratch.

Albert Young had a three sons. William Young the eldest, Tony Young the second son, and Kenneth Young the youngest son of Albert Young.

William Young, had taken the Young family business to be the head, while Tony Young was in charge of expanding the business in the different city. Kenneth young was despise by both father and his eldest brother for being useless in the family. They didn't give him a chance to prove himself to the family, so he could only rest at home and was being looked down upon.

William and Tony Young had teamed up to persuade their father Albert Young to agree to find a husband for Kenneth's daughter, and they even guaranteed that they will find an excellent man for Hazel Young. And in the end...

They didn't do what they promised of course it was William's plan. They just find a a candidate that we're nobodies. Some of them even older than Hazel by 5 years and had no family background.

This wasn't finding a good husband for Hazel at all. This was destroying her.

Kenneth's face was also all red and furious. He was as angry as his wife, but he didn't dare to go against his father's wishes. He couldn't do anything.

He knew his father's temperament. His father has call the shots in the family and he always made the final decisions. There was nobody in the Young family who could go against what he wanted to do.
