I lay in bed trying to sleep. I don’t know if it’s nerves for my test tomorrow or if it’s Logan Valentine’s sad face from this afternoon.

I shut my phone off hours ago, he had called at least 3 times and sent me 8 text messages. But the text sit in my phone unread and the calls went unanswered. I need to focus on my test tomorrow and put Logan on the back burner like he did to me.

I wake in the morning to Ellie making breakfast. Ellie informed me that last night was her last here. I’m sad to see her go but I knew the time would come.

There was a knock on the door and when I opened it there was a flower delivery man on the other side of it.

“Good morning are you Shelby” the young man asked.

“Yes that’s me” he hands me a large vase of pink roses.

“ I was told to wish you good luck Ma’am” he nod and left.

Damn you Logan I’m supposed to be mad at you for being rude. Bi passing his text from yesterday I send him a quick text.

Me: thanks for the flowers but they weren’t necessary.
