Chapter 61
“ANNA DON’T!” Elizabeth yells, but Anna ignores her cries and walks over to the darkness and emerges back out with a gun in her hand.
My heartbeat quickens and sweat forms on my forehead. I watch the sleek black gun glisten in her hand and with every step she takes I see my death getting closer and closer.
I suck in my breath telling myself that I won’t cry. I can’t let my mom see me in fear despite fear running in every part of me right now. I have to be strong, for the both of us.
“I love you mom.” I whisper one last time.
“Sarah please-” She sobs as Anna holds the phone across from me so my mom can see my death.
All of a sudden a loud boom startles Marc forcing him to drop the phone on the ground and my eyes search frantically across the screen looking for my mom.
“YOUR UNDER ARREST!” Yells a familiar voice and I know who it belongs to.
