Cassie had been asleep for a while now, she had woken up a few times to use the rest, eat and have a little chat with the boys. Cassie decides not to dwell on whether the two men were jealous or not. She was glad they had finally landed, after what seemed like a lifetime in the air; looking forward to visiting the Hangang Art park, and most importantly, going to make sure that she returned back home with an agreement to publish her book, from Mr. Parks. Cassie relaxes into her bed, her head swirling with sinful thoughts of the guys in the other room. She let herself wonder what their room looked like, and what they were probably up to, concluding to herself that they only had just about enough time to freshen up and head out for the meeting with Mr. Grant.She had the luxury of the river view from her room and had just gotten out of a really relaxing tea soak which she couldn’t wait to tell Brandon about. Cassie’s meeting with Mr. Parks was concluded in less than fifteen minutes. He had informed her that Parks Publishers would be bringing out her book, subject to finalizing some finer details in the agreement, which would be signed at the start of the new year. Cassie was ecstatic. “I’m sorry B, did I wake you up? Cassie had gotten ready for the launch and was now heading out of the house to meet Brandon, who had stepped in last minute, as her ride. The boys had gone a few hours earlier to attend to some impromptu hiccup with the venue, and her dad and Alexander had left moments ago. Alex had been driving for over twenty minutes, and Cassie was beginning to wonder if they were leaving townThe launch had barely gone halfway, when the boys said they needed to leave. They had done the necessary things they needed to do and now they were on their way with Cassie, taking her to a place she’d love, or so they had told her. Cassie sat at the back seat while Aaron sat at the front passenger’s seat. They talked at length about the event, and made plans to sleep out tonight.Aaron had told Cassie that they would be too exhausted to drive back by the time they were done at the place they were headed. After a few unfamiliar turns and dark alleys, Alex finally pulls up at a building, with the sign Sins of Zee boldly written on it. It was obvious that it was a night club, as Cassie could see young people trooping in and out. “Where are we going to?” Cassie asks, as Aaron leads them to another part of the building that had no one lurking around. She had not even realized how they had gotten there. Alex held her through the walk, as they meandered past people whilst doing their best not to bump into them and spill their drinks. Now, here they were, in a lonely corner of what looked almost like another building from the one they were in a while ago“Scared already?” Aaron asks with a smirk, looking over his shoulders to quickly glance at her“Maybe, considering how this place looks, kinda feels like one of those places they sell humans in movies” Cassie replies giggling, while still following Aaron and enjoying the feel of Alex’s hand on her waist“Don’t worry little one, you’re 100% safe with us, that’s a promise” Alex tells her after he had chuckled.For some reason, she believed him, maybe it was the way he said it, his tone, how his voice was calm and assuring, she was not sure, but she believed him.
