Chapter 9: President Mo was being lovey-dovey

Liu Jiang opened his mouth and then closed it, unable to utter a single word. His big brother is bewitched, this was not like him at all. What exactly has this woman done to him in one day that he has completely transformed?

But still, he nodded his head.

Feelings indeed make a person blind, doesn't it? People forget about everything around them except for their beloved. No matter how many flaws are there, they will always appear flawless to you.

A small smile graced her lips at his words.

She sneaked into the kitchen and decided to prepare both types of tea just in case.

After seeing, Liu Jiang off, both of them were ready to leave for their respective offices. But Tang Li stopped Mo Yuhan as she said ''Wait here, I have something to give."

She went to their bedroom and took out the exquisitely carved box as she carefully removed her earrings and anklets before putting it inside.

''I overheard your conversation. This is for your sister," she said somewhat awkwardly.

"You don't need to...."

He was interrupted by her even before he could finish his sentence, ''She is my sister-in-law as well. And yes, it is completely new since today was my first time to wear this. Since she likes it, she can have it."

His lips tilted up slightly as he pulled the woman into his arms, "Keep it with yourself. When you meet her, you can give it to her. En?"

Tang Li nodded before keeping it aside as both of them left the villa before walking towards the car, the driver immediately opened the door for them as they got inside.

They stayed silent the entire journey, busy with their respective works on their laptops.

When they were about to arrive at Mo Empires, Tang Li gently poked Mo Yuhan on his shoulder. The man's attention was instantly brought towards his wife as he waited for her to say something.

She wanted to speak something but under his soft gaze, she found herself losing her calm. The corner of her lips curled up in an enchanting smile as she embraced the irresistible man tightly as she spoke, "I will try my best." I'll try my best to be the best wife to you.

She didn't speak the second part of the sentence but it was not difficult for him to decipher the meaning behind her words.

Mo Yuhan raised his hand and gently caressed her hair, ''Stay the way you are because that's my definition of best. Alright?"

She slightly tilted her head to look into those mariner-blue eyes "Okay. Thank..."

Her words were yet to leave her mouth when the man held the back of her neck and caught her lips with his. The kiss was soft, too soft, and warm that her mind went blank and her legs turned wobbly like jelly.

And the man slowly and swiftly nibbled her soft lips and sucked it. He couldn't get enough of her and he knew he would lose control if it went on.

Both of them parted after a long kiss as they panted hard. A certain poor driver in the front was already sweating profusely. He couldn't bring himself to believe what he had seen here.

The cold and aloof President Tang is being this passionate with a man now. And, that too when the man is none other than the infamous Mr. Iceberg, the first most eligible bachelor across the globe and the CEO of Mo Empires.

He was shocked to witness President Mo is equally warm to President Tang.

Tang Li's cheeks turned crimson when she noticed the old man gaping like that. Damn! She completely overlooked his existence.

Soon, the car pulled off in front of Mo Empires, and the employees paused in their tracks to see the high-profile car. Not that they don't see flashy cars daily, but still the latest Bugatti grabbed the attention of onlookers.

They have always seen President Mo in his invaluable Mercedes Benz or Ferrari or Bentley. So, Bugatti was something new to them.

They saw their President Mo coming out of the Bugatti and the girls started drooling almost immediately. God knows if the burgundy colored handkerchief was magical or it was the afterglow of marriage, he looked even more alluring.

They were ready to bow their heads and greet the man but what they saw next caused them to suffer a major shock.

After getting out of the car, the man didn't leave instantly like he usually did but he turned around and looked at the woman sitting inside.

He went to the other side of the car and opened the door for her before offering his hand. She held his hand before alighting the car as she wrapped her arms around his neck. The man held her from her waist as chin rested on the crown of her head.

''Goodbye, hubby," she whispered.

''Take care of yourself. I'll meet you in the evening." he paused before adding, ''Give me your phone."

She passed her phone to him. He saved his number in it before giving it back to her.

''I have saved my private number on your phone. You can call me anytime."

''Mm..." she replied, as they were stared into each other's eyes without blinking as if there was no one around. Anyone who saw them would think that probably they are parting for a long time.

Finally, she let go of him, but just as she was about to get in the car, he grabbed her waist and placed a gentle kiss on her lips as he said ''Take care of my darling wife."

With that, he opened the car door for her as she got inside the car in a dazed state.

'Give me back my innocent little lamb...Because this handsome devil is bewitching me. He is too harmful to my weak heart,' She was unable to believe how daring he was just now.

While she was lost in her thoughts, the onlookers stood rooted in their place as if they were struck by lightning.

Did their President just do that? Man, are you sure that he was not a doppelganger? No one broke the silence since not even a single word was uttered.

Was it their cold and aloof President Mo? Was he the one whom they often refer to as Mr. Iceberg?

It was impossible to believe it. They couldn't t bring themselves to believe it. President Mo who was rumored to have no links with women was hugging and kissing a woman in front of everyone.

How could they believe their eyesight? It was blasphemy to even think that President Mo, the devil could be so passionate.

But still, some people recovered from their initial shock as they hurriedly took out their respective phones to click pictures. They didn't want to lose such a chance of showing off about what they came to know. Bad luck that the other party has already left, and they couldn't get their hands on a perfect picture.

While others also recovered from the shock, there was an instant commotion as they started murmuring and gossiping amongst themselves.
