"How did it go?" Olivia asked once Warren returned home. She was always bad with hiding her facial expressions, so the worries was written all over her face.
"I gave them my number and address so that they may contact me in case there are any developments. For now, let's just hope she makes it," Warren said. Neither one of them could get something into their stomach that night. They were sick with worry.
The phone, that Warren has been staring at for most of the day, suddenly started to ring. He looked at the caller ID and realized that it was an unknown number, but it was from a landline. Warren didn't waste any time and answered immediately.
"Mr Cole. You left your number with us earlier in case something happened. There is good news, the young missus just woke up and she's alright.
