I had felt the most vulnerable, in the presence of a stranger. He is not just any stranger but one with a cold aura around him. He had caught me off guard and knowing this, he took advantage of the situation.

That man.

He's all I've thought about and I wish I didn't. He has changed my life so drastically, in a matter of minutes. I couldn't make sense of what had happened at the park, though I tried to not go mad, as I gathered my thoughts, trying to form some kind of conclusion, on my way home.

Home, a place to consider as refuge, in times of wanting to hide away from the outside, unfortunately for me, it has served as anything but safe. Even now as I sit in the living room after a much needed long bath, waiting for Ethan to show up, I can't help but to glance around me every now and then.

The doors and windows are closed shut, but still, no easy breath has left my lungs. To add to the situation, my mother is out there at work, unaware of a possible danger that hangs over our heads
