Chapter 4, The Strange Nanny

However, she didn't dare to ask too much. Although Gordon MacArthur no longer rejected her, there was still a sense of wariness.

After playing with Gordon MacArthur for several hours, it wasn't until Uncle Zhang came to call them for dinner that the two reluctantly headed back.

The men passing by couldn't help but cast appreciative glances at her.

Nicola Duncan took a sip of coffee, noting that the nanny had an excellent figure. If not for her face, she would have suspected that this woman was here for Channing MacArthur.

The two had gone up from the elevator on the other side, so they hadn't noticed Channing MacArthur and Nicola Duncan.

Channing MacArthur didn't respond to her. He stood up, picked up his coat from the chair, and draped it over Nicola Duncan's shoulders. "Let's go, it's time for dinner. You must be hungry."

In the room, after changing Gordon MacArthur's clothes, Shen Bei went to the bathroom to change and freshen up.

Putting down the hairdryer, she hugged Gordon MacArthur. "From now on, will you be Auntie's child, okay?"

Gordon MacArthur frowned. "You? Could you even give birth to a son as smart as me?"

Though his tone was sarcastic, he nestled closer into her embrace.

Channing MacArthur, who had just returned to pick up some items, heard this conversation as he passed by their room. His brows furrowed. Can't afford to love? Make Gordon MacArthur her child?

This nanny's behavior seemed a bit strange.

Suddenly, "Haha... Gordon MacArthur, stop, haha..." A woman's laughter came from inside, followed shortly by a young boy's voice, "Haha... haha..."

"Do you dare to ambush me again?"

Then, the sounds of their playful banter continued. From the sound, it was clear that the little rascal was very happy, happier than he had ever seen him.
