“P-put me down!” she hissed at him with a low voice, worried that she might wake her friends that were resting in the guestrooms.
She clung to his neck in fear when he carried her bridal style along the stairs. The feeling of being lifted off the ground was heart-wretchedly scary. It was also because no one had ever carried her like that. Not once in her life!
“Honey, we should celebrate this joyous occasion on our own because I love you so much.” Hue smiled with mischief. He had already planned all sorts of naughty things that he wished to shower her with.
“Put me down! I can walk! Put me down!” Jennet cried.
However, her grip on his collar only tightened when the door of her bedroom came into sight. That instant, her face was void of any colour but only whiteness.
“W-what are you trying to do?! Why are we going to my room?!” She asked. No, no! She cried when her heart squeezed in fear.
