“Here, let me.” Lucas Sanders grabbed the suitcase I was holding.
And because I was gripping it tightly, his large hand covered most of mine, allowing me to feel the natural warmth emanating from his palm.
I shoved the thought out of my head. I can’t be distracted by the feel of Lucas Sanders’ hand.
Without replying, I raised my foot to continue walking but was prevented from doing so because his hand now clamped my hand.
