Chapter Fifteen

TYRONE

"She's awake!" I call out as soon as I see Chloe's eyes open. My parents come rushing to see if she's alright.

As soon as the sun came up my parents and I were back in our human form and we noticed that Nathan wasn't in his cage so we assumed he was in his room or the kitchen getting something to eat or drink.

We went to the kitchen first to get a glass of water but Nathan wasn't in the kitchen. I had this weird feeling in my gut so I left my parents in the kitchen and I went upstairs to his room to see if he was there but he wasn't. I called his name to see if he'd come out of the bathroom but he wasn't there.

I called his name in the hallway upstairs, but still no reply. I ran over to the art studio, he wasn't there either. I was starting to get worried so I ran back to the kitchen to tell my parents that Nathan was nowhere to be found.
