He woke up to the most obnoxious headache. His head was literally throbbing. He moved his arm to rub his head but something was keeping it down.
He looked up to see that his hands were tied to a chair.
He looked around the room, there was no one in it besides him. He struggled to get out of the rope. It was a feeling he was all too familiar with, and didn't want to experience again.
"Don't even bother trying to get out of that rope." Aaliyah appeared in the doorway with Mykel by her side, her makeup was done and her dark makeup matched her hijab.
"W-- What is this about?!" He exclaimed snatching on the rope trying his damndest to break free.
"Remi's wedding is today." Hyuna replied with crossed arms.
"Wha..."
"And Remi wanted us to take some precautions."
"We knew that by the way you've been acting that there was a possibility you'd try to trash the wedding." Mykel shoved his hands in his suit pocket. "We'll come back to get you after the ceremony. Stay put."
"Guys! Guys! Stop! Wait!" He called after them. He stood from his spot, the chair still attached to his backside, he searched the nightstand beside the bed, hoping that someone was foolish enough to leave scissors or something sharp.
He found nothing. He had to get to the wedding. He had to tell Andie how he felt and although now didn't seem like the right time, he had to say it before it was too late. He backed up into the doorway and hoped that his chair could fit through.
When Seven was unsuccessful, he threw his back against the wall, in hopes of crushing the chair but it only made a small dent in the wall. It was very sturdy for a wooden chair.
It took a few more tries until the rope fell and landed at his ankles.
Quickly, he brushed himself off and hurried out of the door. He rushed to the nearest bus stop and got off at the church where the wedding was taking place.
Two security guards stood by the door. Maybe they were looking for me,he thought, tomake sure that I wouldn't get i nside. He pulled his hood over his face and lowered his head so that his face couldn't be seen.
He went up to the chapel and when he went up the last step, he was grabbed by the arm. He looked up to see that it was one of the guards, and he snatched my arm away.
"You're Seven, aren't you?"
"Why?" He frowned, even though he knew why he asked.
"Sorry, but I can't allow you any entry." The guard replied as he held his arm out to block the door.
"Wh-- My friend is in there about to get married! I should be in there!"
"Sorry. But, I've been told to keep you out. Please step away from the door."
"Just let me inside, I won't cause any trouble."
"Back away from the door." He repeated as he jabbed his finger in his face. Seven slapped his hand away and he reaches for the gun on his side.
Was that supposed to intimidate me? He scoffed aloud and rolled his eyes.
"Look, I just wanted to say a few things to my friend and then I'll be on my way."
"If you don't leave, we will use force." He shooed the young man away as if he were a rodent or a fly.
He let out a breath and walked away. He stopped at the bottom of the stairs as he thought of another way to talk to Remi. He had to tell her right then, before he changed his mind.
Frustrated, he ruffled his hair and kicked the gravel at his feet. It was crazy how the people who were supposed to be his friends were trying to keep him out.
He turned back around and made his way way up the shallow steps. "Hey, didn't I tell you to leave?" The security guard held his arm out, to keep him at arm's length.
"I just have one question."
"And what might that be?" He folded his arms and cocked his head.
He ran past the two guards and into the chapel. "Hey, stop!" He heard their heavy footsteps hurry after him. He ran into the sanctuary just as the priest was finishing up.
Remi was dressed in a long white dress, he was mesmerized by her beauty. She stood in front of Levi, holding his hand and wearing the biggest smile.
He had never seen her so happy.
"If anyone has any reason for these two not to be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace."
"I object!" He hurried down the aisle and stopped at the platform where Remi and Levi stood.
Everyone gasped and mumbled amongst themselves.
"Seven..." Remi said with surpressed anger in her voice. "What are you doing here?!"
"Remi... I have to talk to you--"
"Didn't you get enough at the engagement party? Why are you ruining everything?!"
"Security!" Levi yelled. "Please get rid of him!" He gestured to him as he held Remi back with one arm.
"Remi, I love you!" Seven grabbed her hand. "At the engagement party, I wasn't bluffing because I was drunk. I was telling you the truth. I've felt this way since high school, but I never had the guts to tell you!"
Everyone gasped in disbelief as he poured out his heart to her.
"... Seven..." She stepped closer, but Levi forced her back. She pushed his arm away and stepped down to him.
He couldn't tell how she was feeling. Her face was blank. He looked into her brown eyes but still had not found anything that could tell him how she felt.
He had not expected it coming. He just felt my cheek sting and a loud noise. He placed his hand on his pale, now red cheek. It burned and it tingled with pain.
She shook her head with disappointment and turned away from him.
He was taken away by security and thrown outside. He stumbled and fell, his back hitting the cold cement.
Right then, he felt something. He felt the water well up in his eyes and fall down his face.
He dragged his feet as he made his way to the bus stop.A familiar car pulled up. "Bro, you need a ride?" Dario stuck his head out of the driver's side window. "You going to the wedding?" "No. I'm going home."
Seven opened his eyes, wondering what had just happened to him. He looked into another pair of big brown eyes staring down at him. "Remi?" He sat up. "I'm sorry for crashing your wedding. If he makes you happy then I don't care. I just want to see you happy." He grabbed her shoulders. "What is wrong with you?" She frowns.
"Hey, can I get a large milkshake, a large fry and two double cheeseburgers?" Remi asked when she stepped up to the counter. "Dang Remi," Aaliyah reared back. "You gonna save any for the rest of us? That's just your order?" "Yeah. You already kno
Seven hurried home and as he walked up to the porch he could smell his mother's cooking. He was glad that he had not had anything to eat because he knew that his mother's home cooking was better. He stepped up to the door and knocked.Almost immediately, his mother opened the door and she welcom
He woke up to the sound of a baby crying, immediately he jolted out of his sleep after realizing that there was no baby around when he went to sleep last night. The room was dark, but just enough light shined into the room for him to know that he was in a bed and he wasn't the only one in there. He wasn't in his own bedroom. He looked around and sat up.
"How are you holding up man?" Mykel asked as they stood on the train together. "Tell me the truth. I know that Remi is probably stressing you out." "Well, not really. I'm fine though. I still love her." "That's great then. You both seem to be struggling just to be married four years."
He left the store with a large bouquet of red Rose's. It was twenty dollars but he believed that it was worth the money and the trouble. He picked them put carefully and made sure that none of them had begun to wilt.He let the florist put a large red bow on them and he left the store with his briefcase in one hand a large bouquet in the other.
Seven opened his eyes. He looked up at the sky and quickly sat up. "Are you alright?" Teenage Remi asked as she looked over his body. "Remi!" He exclaimed. "Excited to see me?" She smiled.
